CzSalus Flat Knit K2 Lipedema Lymphedema, POTS Support high Compression Leggins (K2=25-30 mmHg)

I have lipedema and recently went through the journey of massive weight loss (over 100 lbs) and liposuction to remove the diseased fat. These leggings have supported me throughout. Providing supportive comfortablly strong compression. They my body to move fluid, something it struggles to do on its own. They are a bit hard to get on, but that’s because they are good, graduated compression. Order your actual size. They may look insanely small but I promise they stretch good. It does take a bit of time and work to get them on. But they eliminate almost 100% of the lipedema pain. Be prepared to urinate frequently after you have them on, as they get that third spacing fluid out. Very durable and long lasting. I wear compression at least 12 hours a day everyday and have a few pairs of these I rotate out and they have lasted with no issue.

These are awesome! I already own pairs of the summer weight k1, and needed a more sturdy pair for after surgery and bought these. They are definitely thicker and the pattern is smaller making it compress more than the K1. Over the foot part is tight but stretches out some to help

When I bought these, it was late at night and I was half asleep lol. I didn’t notice that seller: CzSalus was based in Italy 😂. I’m telling you that for 2 reasons: 1. Shipping will take AWHILE. The first pair I bought took a month to get to me (from Italy to USA/Customs). My second pair came a little faster, slightly over 2 weeks. 2. If you know anything about Italian fabrics, you know they are of an EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY. Yes, absolutely incredible quality, these compression leggings have a TRUE 20-30mmHg feel once on! They’re super supportive! They also have some of the best stitching I have EVER seen and been fortunate enough to touch, let alone own in a garment! They are without a doubt, worth every single penny. These will suck you in and support your feet, legs and tummy extremely well! The fabric is very thick and doesn’t stretch very much at first. The first time I put them on, it took me probably 10 mins and was a heck of a workout 😂 (tip: the blue sellers name and size printed on the waistband in blue is being used as a tagless tag, they go in the BACK). While their max size of 3X does technically fit me according to their size chart, I do wish they offered just one more size up; on the days where my legs are extra swollen, a little extra stretch/room would be helpful. So keep the above in mind when you go to buy. Yes without a doubt buy them… but if the measurements shown for their max size of 3X are even a tiny bit smaller than your body… I recommend you either lose a couple inches first, or buy them but understand that they might not fit you right away. If your measurements are right on the line like I was, they will probably fit… but I recommend you try them on when you’re full of energy because stretching them out to get them on you will be a workout and you’ll use a ton of energy lol! Comfortable as far as compression tights can be comfortable. They don’t slide down behind my knees while sitting on the plane as much as some other brands. But I mostly can use them during colder months, under travel pants rather than every day, unless I am home. They are thicker than other compression stockings for sure. I have them in black, open toe style.

The fit is just right. I appreciate the short length because they don’t bunch behind my knee as others have. The size chart appears to be accurate. The knit is tight and the compression is more than others I have tried. However, the knit is more breathable and durable, so these are easier to get on as I don’t have to be as careful with the material. I can grab more fabric at a time to pull. The top doesn’t roll down and comes up high. I have not yet discovered if they help for my condition, long COVID, because the weather has varied too much since I started wearing them to tell. But, my doctors also aren’t certain that compression is the answer. For anyone who knows you need compression tights, these are a solid pair.

These are well constructed and but see thru at all once I had them on. They are very uncomfortable to me. I measured myself with help to make sure it was done right. Even so, they are bunching at my knees (backs of knees) whick is crazy uncomfortable. Compression is too much for me, too. And... these are thick, like I said, so I was hot in them. Giving them 3 stars for the quality of the construction and the speedy delivery. Product looks nice, too. Just know they're not easily returned: I just tried to and the seller has to "review" my petition. If approved I will get instructions on how to return. So that being said, be careful - you may not be able to return them if you mess up on sizing, or order the wrong compression (K1 vs K2), or if you simply don't like the product. I will update after the seller makes a decision on my request to return (a 2 day wait, Amazon tells me).

I was pleasantly surprised my struggle to put these on ended at the foot. My problem with swelling stems from blood clots, I have been struggling for over 30 years to find something that fits properly. My daughter was talking to her Lipedema Lymphedema massage therapist about what type of compression clothing would be best. These came up in conversation. Because they go by height and weight you get a better fit. These also do not slip but are snug and comfortable. Great product, I was taken back initially by the price but after trying them, walking around and sleeping in them I’m glad I made the investment. These leggings are textured to massage therapist about legs as you move around. So great.

According to the size guide, I was at the largest measurements for size XLs. I considered going a size larger, but I am so glad that I didn’t! These fit perfectly. They aren’t too thick or uncomfortable. It’s almost like normal thick leggings except they have a texture and medical grade compression. I put on these CzSalus leggings under normal thicker leggings and my bottom and legs look so smooth. No dimples at all! I am going to purchase at least one more pair, probably 2. The crotch piece seems a little thin though and since my legs rub together when I walk, I am going to wear these under another pair of leggings to prevent premature wear and tear. Great brand! I highly recommend.

A gift for my sibling who has lymphedema in legs. Difficult to get into but once on, worth the effort! Very comfortable, relieved discomfort and look great. Highly recommended.

The best compressions I have ever worn. They have a strong compression, yet doesn’t restrict my movement and have improved my swallon legs so much

I have hard core class 2 custom Mediven garments for post Lipedema surgery on the backs of my legs. These czalus are awesome compression wise and look like tights for when I go out. They were a little long but hubby helped me pull the down so they fit nice and smooth with no bunching at hips or behind the knees and we just cut the extra fabric right above where my toes start. I also like that they come up to right under my boobs. This is a lot more comfortable than having them come up to the waist. Super happy to have options! Just ordered a second pair. Nice and tight around my new legs! Great alternative if the cost of custom garments is prohibitive.
