This works great for smoking meat. The lid on the smoker stays shut and I know when the temperature inside the meat is at the safe temperature to eat. This even lets you set an alarm to go off when the meat in the smoker is at the temperature you’re wanting! Nice, handy product to use if you enjoy smoking meat in your smoker!

I started making my own yogurt and this little gadget makes it so easy. It doesn't give you an alert for the cool down, but I just check in every now and then. So happy I bought this.

We have had this less than 6 months and it no longer works. Temperature does not read below 146 degrees when plugged in, even when put into a glass of cold water. Not durable as it just stopped reading the correct temp for no reason.

It reads the temp fast which is better then the first thermometer that i had purchased. The only downside is that it does not come with batteries.

This product worked well for the two times that I was able to use it before it stopped working. I would suggest spending a little more on a higher quality product
