I have been researching natural solutions to potentially help repair/strengthen my heart. All of these ingredients are showing up in my research, so I am happy to try these HealthyHeart supplements for support. The suggested use is 4 capsules, taken with a meal..... so 120 capsules really only provides a one month supply. I suppose the cost trade-off can be justified by the inclusion of adequate amounts of these 6 ingredients (L-carnitine 100mg, magnesium glycinate 125mg, beet root 500mg, ashwagandha 300mg, olive leaf extract 200mg and CoQ10 100mg). It is too soon to tell, after 1 week, if I notice any improvement yet.
