I am 38 and I owe my mobility entirely to this belt. I have congenital disc hypoplasia meaning my L5-S1 disc was underdeveloped. It has worn down quickly over time as a result and with it being weak I herniated my L4. When I tell you I couldn’t get away from the pain I mean it. Nothing was bringing relief. The least amount of pain was when I was laying down but it still hurt. I couldn’t roll from my back to my side. I had to pull myself with my hands. I could not stand, could not get up and down from the toilet, could not bend to wipe myself. I would get almost all the way stood up and sharp stabbing pain would prevent me from being able to straighten to stand up the rest of the way. I have never been in the type of pain I can’t power through but this was my limit. I bought a hydraulic bed topper to help me get in and out of bed by raising me up. I bought a handicap/elderly raised toilet seat. It’s essentially a walker with a seat on it that is six inches higher than my toilet. Which those things did help BUT I wasn’t improving at all just maintaining. I bought this belt and the relief is PRICELESS! Within 48 hours I was able to walk with reduced pain, I can now get up and down off of my bed with reduced pain so that I don’t need to put my full body weight on a cane and claw my way to standing. I removed the bed topper because I don’t need it now. Is the pain zero? No. BUT it’s manageable! I can put on my own socks, I can use the restroom with dignity and not need assistance, I can stand up without my cane, I can walk up my stairs one foot in front of the other instead of one at a time clinging to the railing and praying I don’t drop. Since getting the belt my recovery is feeling consistent for the first time. I actually feel like this pain won’t just be my life forever. So so so grateful to this belt! If you have radiating pain in your hips, have sciatic pain shooting through your cheek down the back of your leg into your knee or experiencing debilitating lower back pain I am telling you this band is the one. It’s one of the only ones I could find for a plus size person too. I am five foot six 224 pounds. I got the XL and it’s a great fit.

I have hEDS and I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant. When I say this is the most pain I've ever felt in my entire life, BELIEVE ME. I have been struggling to walk, sleep and just function because the pain is so bad. I caved and ordered this and within minutes of putting it on, the intensity of the pain went down. It felt so nice and gave me some relief for the first time in weeks. We have literally tried everything and nothing has improved the pain. I can not recommend this enough. If you have EDS, buy it! If you're pregnant, buy it like yesterday! 100/10

I just had a Corner Lock 3d, SI joint fusion. My doctor has recommended a SI belt for some time so I finally gave it a try. It is very comfortable which was shocking to me because things like that usually bother me a lot. It’s been breathable so far too, I put it on my bare skin nothing under, I haven’t been outside in the heat much with it yet. The instructions were easy to understand but I would have liked more detail on how tight to make it. This has been so helpful the pain in the joint feels relief I can walk around more and stand longer, sitting is even more comfortable. The Velcro is strong and in every spot you could need it so that you don’t get snagged or have a floppy end. It feels very well made and like it will be durable. If you are having SI pain I would recommend getting this.

I am in the somewhat early stages of Psoriatic Spondylitis, the lesser known sister to Ankylosing Spondylitis. This device really does help with the pain. Did not like wearing while sitting, especially driving, but it became part of my night-time routine to slap it on. It does help with the pain, so you are perhaps more likely to be able to get some sleep. It's not a miracle cure or anything of the sort, but it is one more weapon in the aresenal of pain relief. I think it was worth every penny. Seems well made from what I can tell. I found the best results to be to wear it directly on the skin (or it gets the hose again). It tended to move about quite a bit when I tried to wear it over my clothes, or even under my clothes but on top of my underwear. But skin contact keeps it in place pretty well.

This product helped my SI joint pain, but after two days of wear, I broke out with an itching rash and breathing issues. After rereading the info on the web about fabric and finding only "neoprene" listed, I checked the belt tag and found 36% latex. I have an extreme airborne and contact allergy to latex and three days later I am still on meds to counteract the allergy. Since I have worn the belt and no longer have the packaging Amazon will not take the item back. When I asked the seller about the omission on the web site he said any latex was covered with fabric so shouldn't be a problem and anything described as having elasticity, had latex. Not so. If you leave a latex allergy, look farther,

This product is the best I have used for my back pain I give this a 10 out of 10. This ease my pain right away I walked all day today for the longest time.

After dealing with SI joint pain and discomfort for months now, and waiting for doctors to do testing, I decided to try out this Posture hip belt. It's not that expensive, and it's a nature way to add support to the SI joint area, plus lower back and hips. I'm only 4 days into the suggested initial two week period of wearing the hip belt day and night. I'm hopeful that it will help me heal this area that's been causing me to lose sleep, among other issues. It is reasonably lightweight. I have wearing it over a tank top or t-shirt, not bare skin. Then over the top and belt I might layer a viscose kimono top, or sweatshirt if it's cold. At light I put it on over a nightgown. Again, I don't want it rubbing against bare skin. It's very adjustable, especially with the extra straps on the outer layer of the belt. It hasn't been uncomfortable to sleep with it, as I feared it might. In fact, it's been helping stabilize my hips so that I'm not in as much pain during the night. I'm hopeful that with continued wear, the pinched nerve in my hips will calm down. That would be an amazing miracle. In the meantime, it does feel good to have more support for my lower back and hips. I originally ordered the nude color, and just added the black version so that I could be able to have one to wear / one to launder.

I hate when people write reviews about some things without using them for awhile, but couldn't help it. Put this on and IMMEDIATELY felt some relief. Haven't worn out in public yet as it definitely accentuates the muffin top! Only giving it a 4 because it does kinda ride up a bit when I sit, but that could also be because of where it should ride and my bubble butt pushes it up. I'm tellin ya though, it's a trip how the squeeze provides relief. EDIT: When I first purchased this, it was because I had been in pain for months from a hard fall on my ass that left me feeling like I may have cracked something around my tailbone area. I only wore this brace a few times around the house for short periods (it does slip up when I bend or sit so was annoying to wear and get anything done) but just that little bit of wear was enough to take away the constant pain I had been feeling. So glad I stumbled across the concept that my pain could be from weak muscles/ligaments in that region and it led me to this solution!

Controllare bene la misura della circonferenza del bacino anche se la cintura ha una buona elasticità. Appoggiare nel centro del sacro la lista verticale centrale. Regolare la cintuta base, poi agganciare prima una fascia e poi l'altra a seconda della compressione che si vuole ottenere. Ricordarsi che si deve appoggiare alla linea che corrisponde all'angolo di flessione della gamba e, come riferimento, dietro si appoggia alla linea del coccige: quindi deve accompagnare la linea del fianco e legarsi sopra l'intestino sotto l'ombelico.

Tres satisfaite. A recommander. Ne blesse pas comme les autres ceintures car pas de baleines. Souple. Je dois m'habituer a bien la placer. Impeccable au niveau des sacrees. A voir au niveau de l'abdomen pour qu' elle n'ecrase pas trop. Je vais pouvoir diminuer les antalgiques et commencer marche et kine !

Was skeptical about these braces for sciatica. I had ordered three different kinds, this one, one that goes higher up the back and one that's specifically for sciatica/hips and this one takes the cake. I've been suffering with bilateral sciatica for two months now and this past week has been brutal. I couldn't lay or sit down for more than 30 minutes before having bad pain on both sides. I was sore this morning, then I put this on and within hours I have no pain whatsoever. I usually wear a size 16 in pants and ordered the Plus size and it fits great. Would probably even fit someone up to size 18 or 20.
