I wish I didn't have a review for this product, but life comes and goes, unfortunately. We recently lost my 70 year old stepdad, and mom said that he was to be cremated so of course my sister and I immediately began our search for an urn on Amazon. After looking through what seemed like an endless stock of urns, this one was the only one that got a positive response from my mom even in her saddened state. We had it shipped directly to the funeral home, so I can't comment on the initial state of the packaging and the unboxing. However, when I finally did see it at my mom's house and held it, I was EXTREMELY pleased. From the size to the absolute sturdiness, to the beautiful artwork engraved in it, I would order this urn again if I had to. Most importantly is that our mom was even more pleased when seeing it in person. Thanks for such great quality at an affordable price during this already difficult time.

This was beautiful & heavy. I'm glad I saw this at the last minute before purchasing another one. My son was into Anime and I put a Kung fu panda sticker on it. It fit perfectly. It even came with a cloth bag that I used to take to his service to carry. This is a great product to purchase for you loved one.

Beautiful and very large for anyone who is looking for a large earn for somebody who was big boned or very tall guaranteed you'll be able to place all the cremains in one urn

I bought ten of these. I'm 81 and thought it was time to plan my own "leaving this earth!" I left instructions for my kids to throw a few in different rivers and the Pacific Ocean at my favorite places and bury a coupe a foot deep at my Mom& Dad's grave sight and my Grandma & Grandpa's. They were over half the price the mortuary wanted for same thing.

My husband was a plain Joe while he was here. I believe he would have picked this one himself. It’s beautiful and it serves the purpose.

The urn is solid enough, however, when the lid is removed, the opening in which to insert the plastic bag of ashes has sharp edges and tore the bag I was trying to put in. Had I noticed that beforehand, I could have avoided having bits of my father's ashes puffed into the air. The description on the webpage stated, "It has a funnel for easy pouring...." but no such funnel was included unless they meant the 'funnel shape' of the opening that in no way facilitated pouring. The "plush velvet bag" isn't really plush and seems more like an imitation velvet. That said, once the ashes were inserted and the urn was closed, it's perfectly fine and works as intended.

I was unsure about this urn. The picture in the description does not do it justice. I ordered 4 urns of different styles from different sellers to use for my husband's ashes. The craftsmanship of Urn is so well made compared to the other 3 urns. My family and I feel it is beautiful. It is heavy, the lit fits securely and it is finished with a black coating on the inside. It was well packaged for shipping and comes with a nice heavy duty velvet bag. I and my children feel my husband would be proud of this urn. I would highly recommend this urn. Note: the 3 other urns fail in comparison. All 3 arrived poorly packaged and damaged.

I received my parcel quickly, but upon opening it, I was overwhelmed by a foul odor. The items were packed in a moldy box, and the insides of the urns also emitted a strong smell of rot and mold. While the product appeared beautiful on the outside, I am extremely disappointed with the unacceptable packaging. We will not be using these items and will be returning them.

I'm so glad I chose this urn for my father's ashes. It is big and beautiful and much better quality than I was expecting. It's solid, has a lovely black felt on the bottom and the screw top is very smooth. Perfect just perfect.
