Works awesome, I use this to remove 24.5 rusty steel Bud wheels off of a 77 Kenworth that had been sitting for two decades. I was able to loosen the lug nuts, by hand, INCREDIBLE TORQUE However, be aware this should not be used to re-tighten the lug nuts. The torque is so strong it can pull the threads.

I tried this on one front wheel lug nut. Despite the probability that these nuts are torqued in excess of 200 ft. lbs. this tool easily loosened the nut. I had made a reference mark so I could tighten the nut back where it was and this tool easily accomplished that as well. It would not work on the rear duels as the close quarters of the hub, nuts and inside the outer duel wheel prevented the tool from anchoring against an adjacent nut. I ordered a 1" drive 4" long extension which I think will solve the problem as the tool will then be able to anchor against the hub instead of an adjacent nut and still engage the socket on the nut. Post Script. I got the 1" drive 4" extension and used it on the rear duals. It solved the problem which I mentioned in my original review. Since the socket now extends past the anchor, the tool tends to cock but the tool still functions to loosen and tighten the lug nuts. The anchor now bears against the hub rather than adjacent lug nuts but, other than the tendency to cock, it still functions as intended. I did, however, cut a block of wood to fit between the tool and the inside dish of the outer dual which took care of the cocking issue.

I have removed both front wheels and both dual rear axle wheels with the tool. Even lug nuts that the 1 inch impact could not loosen the Stark Torque Multiplier loosened. Great tool to have in my RV for roadside tire repair. My only complaints are the rubber on the handle is thin and tears easily. Also it would be nice if the tool had a retaining ball for the sockets. When moving the tool to a different lug nut you have to be careful because the socket will fall off the tool. The tool comes with 3 sockets for lug nuts and the 13/16 square socket for inner nuts on BUDD style wheels.

You spin it about two rotations before it starts applying pressure to the lug nut. So if you release it it will backspin those two rotations. If your hand slips off this is going to hit you. This breaks the lug nuts free that my Hercules half inch ultra torque impact is not able to. I work on 18 wheelers. This isn't just some pickup truck.

I always remember Steve Austin's super-bionic arm and hand being able to remove lug nuts in a jiffy while sounding like an air impact gun... this makes it easy to remove extremely large tractor trailer or motorhome lug nuts just like Steve... almost! This is the perfect tool to put in your RV for that time you'll need to change a tire on a long trip. Makes removal of those nuts easy! Just remember that on some vehicles, the nuts on the left side are left-handed (usually indicated by an "L" somewhere on the end of the stud, and this tool WILL generate enough force to snap a stud if you get too zealous going the wrong way.
