Better than Kitchen Aid Pro 600!!!
For us, this replaced a Kitchen Aid Pro 600 that was "hearing-damage loud" ... and I mean that sincerely, based upon sound-level measurements. By comparison, the ZACME is about 20 dBA quieter and does all tasks with equal or better ease and effectiveness. The timer is also a nice addition ... and, of course, the price was much more reasonable. Only extended usage time will tell, but the fact that the ZACME runs "dead cool" and appears to have a more well thought-out design, we also expect the ZACME to have a long life. My wife and I spent about 30 hours of combined research before making this decision. In the end there only seemed to be one other contender (about double the price) and we're very happy with the choice we made. We strongly recommend this stand mixer, especially over the super-loud (and expensive) Kitchen Aid units.

Dependable Performer
I've been using this stand mixer for over a year now and it has never failed to perform flawlessly. It's my favorite kitchen appliance and has really been a time saver in making breads and preparing other foods. I was initially concerned it wouldn't be easy to operate since it does offer other features, such as a timer. However, there was no virtual learning curve and the included manual is clear and helpful. There has been very minimal need to help this mixer scrape the bowl due to its mechanical design, which is an added plus. It's a dependable kitchen workhorse at a fair price in consideration of its features, durability, performance and in view of its market brand competitors.

Updated - Does not always start when I turn the knob on.
I did get a response from seller giving me guidance to slow down turning the mixer on, that the electronics needed just a bit more time to transmit the information. Only option for the face plate that falls off was to remove it, which I am doing. They also offered to send me an attachment of my choice, very nice offer, however none of the current attachments are things I would use. I’ve upped the stars to 4 because I feel they responded and did give good information. I’m open to changing my rating once I have contact with seller. I received my mixer on July 17th of this year. I didn’t get to use it right away so couldn’t really right a review right away. I have now used it a few times and what I am experiencing with my mixer is that sometimes it doesn’t start when I turn the power knob. So I have to turn it off and on once and sometimes twice or more. I did try to videotape the issue, not my best one handed, so hopefully this will explain my problem. I had really high hopes for this mixer, watched multiple YouTube reviews. I hope someone can help me with this issue because of course I’m out of my 30 day return window with Amazon now. Also, the removable piece where you can attach other appliances seems to not attach very strongly. It attaches with a magnet and it’s fallen off a few times into what I was mixing. Maybe it’s because where I touch the front to lift the mixer, not sure but it’s annoying.

Motor Issues
My Zacme mixer has stopped functioning properly on me in less than a year. It turns on perfectly fine with nothing inside the bowl but soon as I begin making a normal batch of cookie dough not exceeding the maximum of liquid or dry ingredient ratios it doesn’t want to speed up to the higher levels even when I turn the knob. Then it will end up stopping even though it’s turned on. Also, sometimes it doesn’t even want to turn on even when I turn the knob to the on position and wait some time before turning it to the different speeds (since it never seems to want to turn on right away when bringing it up to speed). Seems like there’s a motor issue going on. I was able to contact Zacme at [email protected] send them a video of my problem and they ended up sending me a brand new mixer. Their customer service was great and so appreciate them caring enough to replace it especially since I use it to make food for my family almost everyday. I’d recommend this mixer because although it stopped functioning on me when it was working it was a great work horse and doesn’t compare to the prices of other mixers.

Great Mixer
This is a great mixer. It is very quiet and has worked very well with everything I have made. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the accessory port cover is a very cheap plastic and it falls off easily and the limited accessories available. This mixer would be perfect if they made the accessory port the same size as the Kitchenaid or Cuisinart mixers, that way you could use any accessory made for those mixers.
