Snailax Cordless Neck & Shoulder Massager with Kneading, Heat, USB-C

This has been a game changer with my neck pain and headaches. (25 year old neck injury) It does have some serious pressure so it really works your muscles. I have discovered with daily use the muscles feel better and less tender each session. The heat is soothing and each massage cycle is 10 min. I get seven sessions on one charge when using heat. The pressure really works the vagus nerves in your neck to relieve headache pain and tension. By pulling on the straps you can control the amount pressure you add to the massage. You can also change the speed and movement of the massage as well as no heat. It comes with a charging cord which is a C type cord, but you need to supply the charging portal.

This is the best massager. I especially love the setting that holds the muscle for a couple seconds and releases. I will be purchasing my son one for Christmas.

After one year of average use, this will no longer hold a charge. Very dissapointed.

Purchased for Christmas gift so the 1 month warranty was out by the time it was used. Lasted 2 weeks, seller ignored my attempts to have it replaced. Piece of junk, wouldn't recommend this seller!

I just got this shiatsu neck and shoulder massager for pain relief, although it feels a little tight around the neck, it feels amazing in the shoulder area. It hits right where I get that neck and shoulder pain from computer work and looking down. Also, when you wear it with the strap around your upper back, it functions to hold your shoulders back, improving posture and stress on the upper back and neck.

I love the color and texture it reminds me of a luxury car interior. Charges quick and it’s nice to not have to be connected to a wire while using it.

Great neck and shoulders massager. I like the combination of the stronger grab and some more softer squeeze. The mode can be changed, so I usually try all of them in one session. The heat works well, I like to lower the heat by pressing the second button twice. The first button changes the squeeze speed from slow to fast. The third button switches between different modes. It purrs like a cat, but after some use it occasionally makes some squeaky-leather sound, that's why it received one star less. Also, the bottom legs have a harder grip, so I like to use a soft towel underneath. I use the hand loops to move the massager around my back and neck, but I don't use the center strap much. Overall a very pleasant massaging experience. I got it for myself, but my husband uses it too.
