This is the third one I have had would not buy another would recommed

The microwave only cooks half of the frozen dish, so one half boiling hot the other half warm to cold. you have to faff about to get the right blaster to match that of recipes, sometimes it is a gamble to get timing and heat correct, basic instruction inside the door to use the different sections.Would be cheaper buying a separate microwave and combi oven, you just have to give up the workspace.

I love everything about it. Smart , easy to use .

Although these microwaves work quite well, the reliability is extremely poor. The light broke within a year and you have to take the microwave apart to change the lamp. We have had three Samsung microwaves now and none have lasted to three years. This latest one has lasted 30 months. BUYER BEWARE.

Picture not right

I am very disappointed with this purchase.I can't believe Samsung engineers could make such a terrible product that is so expensive.This microwave has the worst user interface I have ever seen.In the yogurt setting there is no way to control the time or the temperature. In other words, there is no way to control the only two parameters you need to control! You can only select from a few predefined programs with no information in the user manual about their temperature or their time.I also could not find a way to use this as a dehydrator since it looks like there is no way to set a time more than 1 hour.
