Super Warm
Absolute fantastic affection to our deck. Gives off so much heat. We have two of them on either side of our hot tub. Perfect for these cold New England winters!! We don't freeze coming out of our hot tub anymore!

Great heater and even better service
I purchased the East Oak heater for my backyard for family and friend events. The assembly was extremely simple when following the directions. I was able to fire up the heater with no problems and love it! Unfortunately, on my third use I could not get the burner to light no matter what I tried (even swapped out the tank). I contacted their customer service and after walking me through some trouble shooting steps (they even emailed me a video) it was determined that the burner assembly was faulty. East Oak mailed out a replacement burner assembly, I replaced it with mine and voila - I had my heater back on line! Customer service is an important part of the purchase process and it is so often lacking today, East Oak proved to be a beacon from the past and delivered on customer service when it counted!

Good looking Pyramid heater
Quick delivery, on time as promised.Heater was well packed. Easy to unpack and easy to follow assembly instructions. This may not be the sturdiest product on the market, but descent enough. Individual parts are a bit flimsy, but as was being put together, it was becoming more and more solid. It does not produce as much heat as my other mushroom style heater but it's more attractive.Overall, I am happy with it. I would recommend for others.

Looks great, not a heater.
These look fantastic but do not produce heat. Great for ambience only not to be used for heating an outdoor area.

Excellent Heater
I bought this for our patio, it heats up amazing, not to mentioned how beautiful looks when it’s lit up. Installation was a bit challenging it took two handy men to put it together, Works real good.
