On time - but one short
The product purchased was Elkmaster snooker tips. They arrived on time and were as described, except there were 14, not 15. This is unimportant for me as 14 cue tips will last me many years.

These are NOT real Elkmaster tips
These tips are absolutely not real Elkmaster tips, the worst quality tip I have ever used, they are all uneven in hight and width, while trying to install the only semi decent tip in the bag it broke while I was shaping it. I have installed 100s of tips and without a doubt these are garbage. Avoid at all cost.
