Product is looking good and working well. But horrible post-sales service. Though I bought the product from Amazon, the installation guy could not register my product on the eureka app and I am trying to work with service team for more than 10 days with no use or help. Please register the device and let me know if warranty is in place or I am in trouble.

Its an ok product. Not very strong. but serve some purpose if there is water in the floor it can be used, Not working like in the video.
