Love everything about it. Perfect for what I wanted and needed & really incredible battery life.
This is my first ever Apple laptop and I love it. I've had a few other name brand ones but so far this one has beat all the others in practically everything. My eyesight is not as good as it used to be so at first I feared a 13 inch may be harder to see. But thankfully it is not. It is actually the perfect size which I love because I really can take it anywhere. I also thought I would never figure it out but it is much easier to use than I thought so I love that as well. The battery life for a laptop or my Samsung Tablet is incredible. It seems I barely have to charge it at all. And when I do it charges really fast. It connects to my WiFi super fast, performance is great. And since I got it to primarily write, I even found a software program for writers that is working great. I used Word forever but have purchased that about 3 times and refuse to rent it again. Any software once purchase should always be available to use but that is just my opinion. So I am very happy to have found something else that works just as well and I do not have to rent it. I would highly recommend a MacBook Air. I am sure the MacBook Pro is better with something, but for me, the Air is working just wonderful. And I saw nothing on the Pro that I just had to have for that higher price. I truly love this laptop, by far best one I have ever had. I pray it lasts for many years but should something happen I would without a doubt get another one. I do miss the Apple logo no longer lighting up on the top. Though I never had one, it was still just one other thing that made it stand out. And since I like to write in bed the backlit keyboard is awesome it is not heavy or bulky and the little extra light would have been nice. Still looks beautiful. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially anyone that has never tried an Apple laptop. I was afraid myself but not anymore. Bit pricey but they all are and sometimes you do get what you pay for.

Amazing machine
I bought the MacBook Air M4, and honestly, I found it to be a fascinating machine. From the very first moment, you can notice the quality in every detail: it’s lightweight, elegant, and very comfortable to use anywhere. The performance is simply impressive. Everything runs quickly and smoothly, even when using multiple applications at the same time. For daily tasks, studying, or more demanding work, it performs perfectly without any issues. Another aspect I really liked is the battery life, which allows you to work for hours without constantly worrying about charging it. The display is also excellent, with very sharp colors and great visual quality. As for the shipping, everything was perfect: it arrived on time, well-packaged, and in excellent condition, which made the overall purchasing experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. It’s a powerful, practical, and beautifully designed device, highly recommended for anyone looking for performance and portability in one machine.

Lightweight, Powerful, and Perfect for Working From Home
I got this computer for my work-from-home job, and I absolutely love it. MacBook Airs are amazing products and are perfect for productivity and everyday use. I honestly don’t think I would ever switch to another laptop. The ports work great with adapters, and the screen quality is excellent. While the screen size is a bit smaller, the laptop is incredibly lightweight and easy to carry around. It’s sleek, stylish, and just feels like the perfect balance of performance and portability. I love it!

Greatest MacBook i've used
This 13-inch MacBook Air with the M4 chip has been an outstanding laptop so far, and it easily earns 5 stars from me. Apple really nailed the balance of performance, portability, battery life, and overall build quality with this model. It feels like one of those products where everything just works the way you want it to. The first thing that stands out is how incredibly light and thin it is. It’s easy to carry around all day, whether you’re moving from room to room, taking it to work, traveling, or just using it on the couch. Even though it’s so slim, it still feels premium and sturdy, never flimsy. The Sky Blue color is also a really nice touch. It gives the laptop a clean, modern look without being over the top, and it stands out in a subtle way from the usual silver and gray options. Performance has been excellent. The M4 chip feels fast, smooth, and responsive for everything from normal everyday tasks to heavier multitasking. Opening apps is quick, switching between programs is seamless, and the whole system feels polished and efficient. The 16GB of unified memory makes a noticeable difference too, especially if you tend to have a lot of tabs open, stream media, work on documents, handle spreadsheets, or bounce between multiple apps at once. Everything stays fluid without slowdown. The 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display looks fantastic. The screen is bright, sharp, and colorful, making everything from web browsing to video streaming to photo viewing look crisp and vibrant. Text is especially clear, which makes long periods of reading or working much easier on the eyes. It’s one of those displays that just makes the overall experience feel more premium every time you open the lid. I’ve also been really impressed with the battery life. This is the kind of laptop you can use for hours without constantly thinking about where your charger is. That makes a huge difference in day-to-day use and adds to how convenient and travel-friendly it is. Combined with how lightweight it is, this MacBook Air is extremely practical for anyone who wants a reliable laptop they can use anywhere. The 12MP Center Stage camera is another nice upgrade. Video calls look clearer and more polished, and the camera does a good job of keeping you looking centered and presentable. That’s especially useful if you use your laptop for work meetings, FaceTime, or any kind of virtual communication. Touch ID is also one of those features that quickly becomes something you don’t want to live without. It makes unlocking the laptop, signing in, and making purchases fast and effortless. The keyboard and trackpad are exactly what you’d hope for from Apple. The keyboard is comfortable and responsive, and the trackpad is smooth, accurate, and easy to use. The overall user experience feels refined in the way Apple usually does best. Nothing feels clunky or complicated. The 256GB SSD may be enough for many users who mainly work in the cloud, browse, stream, and store a moderate amount locally, but that’s probably the one area buyers should think about carefully depending on their needs. For my use, the speed and everyday functionality have been excellent, but people with large files, lots of media, or heavier storage demands may want to plan accordingly. Overall, this is a great value for the price if you want a laptop that is easy to use, very functional, premium in every way, and built with the kind of quality Apple is known for. It’s fast, beautiful, lightweight, dependable, and just a pleasure to use. Easy 5 stars.

Stunning Design with Incredible Performance
The 2025 MacBook Air with the M4 chip is hands-down one of the best laptops I’ve ever used. From the moment I opened it, the design impressed me — the Sky Blue finish is stunning, and it’s ultra-light and slim, perfect for carrying around. Performance is amazing. The M4 chip makes everything lightning fast — apps launch instantly, multitasking is smooth, and even heavier tasks feel effortless. The 16GB of unified memory ensures I can have multiple apps and browser tabs open without any slowdowns. The 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display is gorgeous. Colors are vibrant, text is sharp, and the screen feels immersive for both work and media. The 12MP Center Stage camera is perfect for video calls — it tracks me smoothly and looks crystal clear. Touch ID adds a great layer of convenience and security. Storage is decent at 256GB SSD, and the battery life easily lasts all day. This MacBook is a perfect balance of portability, speed, and power. For students, professionals, or anyone who wants a reliable, fast laptop, this is a top-tier choice. Highly recommend — it’s worth every penny. I would give it more stars if it would let me!!

My New Favorite Companion: The MacBook Air 13-inch with M4 Chip
My New Favorite Companion: The MacBook Air 13-inch with M4 Chip I still remember unboxing my Apple 2025 MacBook Air 13-inch with the M4 chip. The moment I lifted it out of the box, it felt like holding something extraordinary—slim, light, and elegant. I was immediately impressed by the build quality; it feels premium without being fragile. The first thing I noticed was the 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display. It’s crisp, vibrant, and incredibly sharp. Watching videos or scrolling through photos felt immersive, even on a smaller screen compared to the 15-inch model. The colors pop and the brightness is perfect for indoor or outdoor use. I powered it on and immediately felt the difference the M4 chip makes. Everything opened instantly, whether it was apps, documents, or creative tools. Even running multiple programs at the same time felt smooth, without a hint of lag. Battery life has been a huge relief. I spent a full workday using it for video calls, note-taking, browsing, and editing, and I didn’t need to charge it once. Even after heavy use, there’s still power left, which gives me freedom to work anywhere without worrying about outlets. Typing on the keyboard is a dream. The keys are responsive and quiet, and I love that the backlight adjusts automatically depending on the lighting. I’ve typed long documents without fatigue, which is perfect for both work and creative writing. The trackpad is massive and precise. I can navigate smoothly, use gestures, and even edit photos or videos with precision. It’s one of those features that feels small but completely changes how intuitive the laptop is to use. The design is sleek and ultra-portable. At only a little over 13 inches, it fits comfortably in my bag. Carrying it to cafés, meetings, or even just around the house is effortless, which makes it my go-to for productivity on the move. I spent a weekend testing its creative performance with graphic design apps. The M4 chip handles everything seamlessly, from layered Photoshop files to Illustrator projects. I was genuinely impressed that such a thin device could manage professional-level tasks with ease. The audio quality is surprisingly good. I streamed a playlist while working, and the sound was clear, balanced, and surprisingly full. For casual listening or video calls, I didn’t even need external speakers, which makes life easier. The laptop stays quiet, even under heavy workloads. Unlike older devices that whir and overheat, this MacBook Air remains cool and silent, making it comfortable to work on my lap for hours. I also love how macOS integrates so smoothly with my iPhone and iPad. Copying files, syncing apps, and continuing tasks across devices is effortless, which makes the ecosystem feel cohesive and extremely convenient. Battery longevity combined with performance is impressive. Even after several hours of work, video calls, and streaming, I can continue using it casually in the evening without worrying about recharging. It gives me a sense of freedom I didn’t realize I needed. True Tone and brightness settings make outdoor work possible. I took it to a café on a sunny afternoon, and the screen was perfectly readable. I’ve had older laptops that struggle outdoors, but this one makes it effortless. I also tested some casual gaming. While it’s not a dedicated gaming laptop, the M4 chip handled games surprisingly well, with smooth frame rates and no stuttering. It’s a fun bonus for relaxing after work. I used it for video calls and virtual meetings. The front-facing camera is clear and crisp, and I didn’t need any additional lighting to look professional. Combined with the excellent microphone quality, it made remote work much smoother. The laptop is light yet feels extremely sturdy. Carrying it daily hasn’t caused any strain, and I don’t worry about it bending or feeling flimsy. It’s a perfect balance of portability and durability. I also tried out video editing on Final Cut Pro. The M4 chip rendered clips quickly and handled transitions and effects without lag. I was genuinely impressed by how well a compact laptop could manage professional editing tasks. Connectivity is flawless. USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth all work seamlessly. I connected my external drive, monitor, and AirPods without any issues. It makes working in multiple environments stress-free. I’ve found the 13-inch display ideal for focused work. It’s large enough for multitasking but small enough to remain portable. Whether I’m editing photos, writing, or browsing, it feels perfectly sized. Battery life paired with the lightweight design has changed how I work remotely. I can take it to cafés, parks, or libraries and stay productive all day without worrying about plugging in. It’s incredibly liberating. The device’s cooling system is subtle but effective. Even after intense workloads, it remains quiet and doesn’t heat up uncomfortably. It’s reassuring to know it can handle heavy use without issues. I’ve spent hours organizing my workflow with split view, Spotlight, and other macOS features. The smooth integration with the M4 chip makes multitasking intuitive and efficient. I feel more organized than ever. Even small details like the hinge design and keyboard spacing are thoughtful. Every interaction feels polished and deliberate, which adds to the overall premium experience. I’ve also experimented with drawing and note-taking. Using the Apple Pencil is smooth, responsive, and natural. It’s become my favorite way to take notes and sketch ideas on the go. Over the weeks, I’ve realized how much I rely on its portability. I carry it everywhere, and it feels like a reliable companion rather than just a tool. I use it for work, creativity, entertainment, and daily organization. The audio-video combination is excellent for casual media consumption. Streaming shows, watching tutorials, or attending online classes is enjoyable thanks to the vibrant screen and clear sound. I’ve even taken it on trips. It fits comfortably in my backpack, replaces my laptop for most tasks, and doubles as an entertainment device. Its versatility is unmatched. The 13-inch MacBook Air with the M4 chip has truly elevated my productivity and creativity. It’s powerful, elegant, and reliable, all while remaining incredibly portable. Every aspect—from display to keyboard, performance to battery life—is designed to enhance daily life. Overall, this MacBook Air isn’t just a laptop; it’s a companion. It’s intuitive, fast, and beautiful, making every task—from work to leisure—a joy. I genuinely look forward to using it every day, and I can’t imagine my workflow without it. I wholeheartedly recommend the Apple 2025 MacBook Air 13-inch with M4 chip to anyone who wants a device that’s portable, powerful, and future-ready. It’s an investment that enhances productivity, creativity, and daily life in ways I didn’t expect.

Packaging sucks!
An excellent laptop. The packaging wasn't the best compared to the M1 packaging that I've purchased before from Amazon 4 years ago.

The best everyday use laptop you can get for the price!
This is my first ever MacBook and I must say, I see the hype! I got the Sky Blue 16/256 version. The Sky Blue colour initially looked almost Silver, but when you see it in different lighting conditions, you see that colour really pop. It's subtle, but it's there. I have used Apple products before, I've had a couple of iPhones in the past and I have an iPad Pro. But the Mac experience is just incredible. The biggest concern for me before buying this was the 60Hz display. Every device I currently own has a 120Hz panel and I was worried that the difference would be drastic, but, it's not as big a deal as I thought it would be. Sure, I would love to see a future MacBook Air see a 120Hz panel, but by no means does this feel jittery or laggy. The interface is buttery smooth. Sometimes I do notice the lack of higher frame rate while watching some content, and I do sometimes feel the black levels aren't the best, but it's the price you pay for a "non pro" device. The screen performance in a bright room has been surprisingly good, however I haven't tried using this outside in direct sunlight. The device also gets fairly bright in low light settings and is great for general use. The audio quality is decent, I personally feel like it lacks bass but the audio clarity and volume are great. Coming from a Windows laptop, the difference in the OS and UI does take some getting used to but it still feels very efficient. I absolutely love the gestures on the trackpad and it makes switching between screens absolutely a breeze. Learning keyboard shortcuts is probably going to take me some time but I'm enjoying the experience so far. The battery life has been amazing so far. The 30w charger provided is definitely slow, but once the device is fully charged, I managed to get a good 14 - 16 hours of mixed usage that included browsing, YouTube and Netflix 4K HDR content, writing, light photo editing on Lightroom and general productivity. All in all, this feels like a great device that is very powerful for productivity, media and light to medium intensity photo editing. The portability factor along with its performance makes it a very premium purchase at a great price!

5/5 Stars – Switched from a Custom Gaming PC and Ended Up Using This More
I purchased the M4 MacBook Air about two months ago after spending most of my life as a Windows user with a custom built gaming PC. I originally expected this to be a secondary device for portability, but it quickly became my primary computer. At this point, I only use my gaming PC for gaming. For context, I’ve been using Windows since the Windows XP era and have used virtually every major version since. After spending the last two months with this MacBook, I’ve realized that I genuinely prefer macOS for day to day use. Windows still has a clear advantage for high end AAA gaming and achieving very high frame rates, which is why I still keep my gaming PC around, but for productivity, web browsing, media consumption, development work, and general everyday use, I find myself reaching for the MacBook every time. One thing that surprised me is how well the MacBook Air works as a desktop replacement. I purchased a DisplayLink dock that allows me to connect two external monitors through a single cable, and it has become my main workstation even when sitting at my desk. The battery life is excellent. For everyday browsing, productivity, media consumption, and general use, it seems to last forever. The only time I notice the battery draining more quickly is during long Discord or FaceTime calls, especially when screen sharing, or when I’m coding in Xcode while running the iPhone simulator. Even then, I still get several hours of use before needing to charge. The design and build quality are outstanding. The aluminum chassis feels premium, the glass trackpad is the best I’ve ever used on a laptop, and the display is sharp, colourful, and enjoyable to look at. I chose the Silver colour and I’m glad I did because fingerprints are barely noticeable compared to many other laptops. It stays looking clean with very little effort. The MacBook Air is also incredibly thin and lightweight, which makes it easy to carry around every day without feeling fragile. A few minor negatives: • I purchased the 256GB model, and storage fills up faster than expected. If your budget allows, I would recommend the 512GB version for better long term usability. • Fingerprints and smudges on the display can sometimes be surprisingly difficult to remove completely. A slightly damp microfiber cloth works best. • Outdoor visibility is generally good, but on very bright sunny days you’ll likely need to use maximum brightness, and direct sunlight can still make the screen a little harder to see. • The laptop can get warm during heavier workloads such as video calls, screen sharing, or software development, but the heat is mostly concentrated on the bottom of the device. Unless it’s sitting directly on my lap, it’s not something I notice often. Despite those minor complaints, this is still one of the easiest 5 star ratings I’ve ever given a product. The overall experience is simply great. It feels premium, performs exceptionally well, has fantastic battery life, and has completely changed how I use my computers. After two months of daily use, it’s still my favourite piece of technology that I own.
