Dr. Berg suggested this product to assist with dental maintenance. Not only is it noticeable my teeth are whiter the next morning, I have gotten better reports from my hygienist of my gums tightening. I use Dr. Bergs recipe and brush my teeth with this approx. 3-4 times a week before going to bed. I have noticed I don't wake up with severe dry mouth, like I have in the past.
