Good health!
After having sleeve surgery it’s important to get all my vitamins. I have bought these again and again. They are easy to swallow. I take one pill a day. I feel like they are effective when I look at my lab work.

Easy to swallow, bariatric use a plus
I like this calcium supplement - I only have to take two tablets per day. Many brands want you to take as much as 6 per day. Only recently discovered vitamins and minerals designed for bariatric use. I find them easy to swallow, no chalky taste going down. I'm a convert!
