The media could not be loaded. I did not have any problems installing these lights. My only suggestion to others is to use a different screwdriver to pry the original light out. And use the small included screwdriver to pop the clip on the wire. I followed previous reviewers that mentioned to make sure that the window goes back up after you plug it back in. I had no issues, everything went smoothly and I installed them in a matter of minutes. The color is vibrant and they look beautiful!
