what is the expiration date?

The purchaser has to look at the bottom of the bottle to get the expiration date. All three of my Good Day Chocolate melatonin bottles with different milligram amounts have the expiration date on the bottom. The dates are all sometime in 2023, but double check.

Are these gluten free?

What is the difference (other than packaging) between the sleep chocolates for adults and kids?

Hello, Thank you for your question. We use the same great formula (1mg of melatonin per piece) so the biggest difference is the dosage. For kids age 3 to 18 we recommend no more than 1 piece only when needed.
