I am thoroughly impressed with the Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra. Beyond its durability, the attention to detail in its construction is remarkable. Love the phone. Big bulky and heavy but has amazing specs and features I love this phone. It's incredible. The display is amazing and bright, the CPU and RAM are very high which helps me with large memory demands such as editing raw photos. The phone is large and heavy but if you can get over it, you have basically a computer in your hand. I love the headphone jack, microSD card slot and indicator LED. My only complaints are the microphone is very bad quality, muffled and picks up wind noise . I suppose that's because it's water sealed but very unimpressed with that. Also, the cameras are high Megapixel but the photos don't look right and if you aren't perfectly still the photo/video will be blurry and choppy. Also you can't access wide angle camera from apps like Snapchat. The Samsung phones let you choose .5x zoom but this phone doesn't. Overall it's the best choice.

This marks my third time buying this phone. This is likely the greatest phone I've ever had, in every way.The problem I have with it is a game changer. I use a heart pacemaker. This phone cannot activate the programs and applications required for communication with my cardiology clinic. Every time I returned the phone, it was only after struggling for hours to connect it, even with help from the pacemaker technicians. It worked with all the other phones I've had. We are unsure why it's not connecting, since it has everything needed to establish a connection. It simply won't happen. I reached out to Ulefone for help, but their only suggestion was to return the phone, which wasn't helpful at all. I asked them could that could be the problem? The phone is initially equipped with Android 14. The phone receives the Android 15 update via the internet. However, it stops working after the Android 15 update. I'm forced to revert to my previous phone, which initially ran on Android 15. So, I am returning it for the last time until I am assured it works with the required Pacemaker app!

I previously used an Armor 28 Pro, which was already a great phone, although at times seemed a bit slow. This year I decided to upgrade to the Armor 28 Ultra which comes with a top-of-the-line MediaTek 9300+ CPU, not to mention the enormous 1 TB internal storage. This phone is noticeably faster than the 28 Pro and I immediately loved the experience. Unfortunately, the Always-On Display timed out after 5 seconds, and after a few days wi-fi calling also became spotty. So I contacted customer service, arranged for a replacement, and on this second phone wi-fi calling is now flawless. As for the Always-On Display, the customer service representative informed me that this was an intended limitation aimed at increasing battery life. However, he also told me that the selectable option (5 seconds, on schedule or "really always on") would once again be available when the upcoming Android 16 update is released. So I am happy that one of my favorite features, which worked well on the 28 Pro, will now also be available on the 28 Ultra. To sum it up: overall, this is an amazing phone, and Ulefone's customer service is phenomenal! Special thanks to Daniel who went out of his way and communicated with me on a daily basis to help resolve my issues!

I bought a early model, it got warm cooked itself. Note that was with the original 9300 chip not the 9300+ no comment there but up until that point I loved the phone but I had to return it and now I'm rocking the 29 pro similar but bigger battery and weaker camera but I reviewed that on its page.

This phone is amazing! The battery easily lasts me a full day of heavy tiktok lives and gaming with around 40% charge left before bed. This phone charges so fast your jaw will drop to the floor! The speaker is phenomenal! I can hear everything even with background noise! Perfect for a mechanic like me in the field. The display is beautiful and the camera surprised me with how good it is. Definitely perfect for me with ULTRA FAST data transfer, 2TB expandable storage, perfect balance of battery and weight and probably the best chip set in any rugged phones available today. Highly recommend to my fellow blue collar workers looking for an absolute tank with flagship features! Ulefone did an excellent job making this phone look,feel and perform with uber high quality in my opinion. I will keep this review updated if my opinion changes negatively for any reason over time.

in my process of getting a replacement phone i delt with Daniel from amazon ulefone and they were the most helpful customer service person i have ever had the pleasure of talking to and went beyond above and beyond to assure that everything was handled smoothly. they were kind understanding even when i was frustrated in the beginning of the process. Daniel if you read this thank you for everything you are amazing id give you 10/10 stars if i would. i had a manufacturing defect and you did amazing with everything. my next upgrade i may just reach out to you directly

Excellent phone with tons of features and a strong, durable build. As a rugged device, some functions may be slightly affected by the design. Unfortunately, after a few days, the touchscreen stopped responding, which I later learned is a known issue. I have to say, though, the Ulefone support team handled it very professionally and were super friendly throughout the process.
