Tastes of Clemson Blue Cheese

Clemson Blue cheese finger sandwiches with honey are a must try! I have made a few things from the book. All have been delicious. Ham and Clemson Blue omlet is also sooo good. Definitely a book to add to your collection of recipes! Excited to try more of what this book has to offer!

It was my mistake ordering this book, thought it was for cheese. Didn't read thoroughly. Therefore I sent back. It's probably a great book to learn about blue cheese, but I was shopping for the cheese itself.

This is a wonderful regional cookbook. The Clemson blue cheese is a very good quality cheese by itself and it was fun to use it in these new and creative recipes.

A unique gift for the cheese lover and historian. Really loaded, with various dips and ideas for that tailgate season! I made my bacon quiche but used the Chef's spin, with Clemson Blue Cheese, sadly no leftovers! Devoured... They've been making the blue cheese on campus since 1941, thumbing through the recipes will give some tired dishes a real perking up! GO TIGERS!!!!

I have been purchasing Clemson Blue Cheese for over 15 years, and it is always uniform. Best purchased in the Fall, it makes a great holiday gift for the cheese lover. Buy a wheel.
