Amazing product

Really bad. Worst product I ever tried! It doesn't even help detangle hair when there's a lot of product on it. Better off with any cheap store conditioner that costs 10% of the price. Dull, matte, tangled hair. If it wasn't sold by Amazon, I would definitely suspect it was counterfeit. However, I read that even Amazon-sold products can be fakes due to cross-contamination with other sellers' products during storage and distribution. Straight to the rubbish bin.

I don't normally write negative reviews however LP leave me no choice. I used the Restore products for about 6 weeks not realising that they were causing some quite distressing symptoms. After visits to my GP and A&E the link was made. I have been burned by these products, on my scalp, my neck, ears, face and under arms. Basically the places the rinsed products would travel to in the shower. Eight weeks on from stopping use I remain on antihistamines for the itch as my skin and scalp slowly heal. I was initially on steroids it was so bad. My scalp remains painful, flaky and itchy, my face still has dry patches as does my neck. Although LP refunded me for these products their last email said, "it (is) unfortunate to hear these ingredients didn't work for your hair". Is that an example of "gaslighting"? This is despite them being sent photos of the injuries caused and agreeing refunds. I checked the ingredients on ewg. org METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE is the search to use. My advice, do not touch LP products. You are better off with cheaper products that don't pretend to contain high end, safe ingredients.

Product does not have proper seal so upon opening there was conditioner and shampoo all over the inside of the bag and bottles. The bottles are already small, and at 45$ a bottle, for it to be mishandled and the company to not put a closed seal on it for health and safety reasons alone is just ridiculous. I only bought this expensive shampoo because I am going to a wedding where there are intense allergies and the bride said this was a safe product we could use and she wouldn’t react to. Now it’s two days before and I have two opened, partly wasted bottles… how do I solve this before a wedding ? So unimpressed

I bought this Living Proof Restore for severe shedding, dry sensitive scalp and dry hair and this Clean, Vegan Shampoo/Conditioner set has been a relief and life saver for my hair and scalp!! It’s formaldehyde free all natural ingredients produce not only less shedding but clean, soft, shiny hair that’s light feeling, no angry irritation I used to get after washing/conditioning, and on the first wash!! I have been using it for 3 weeks and I can go about 3-5 days between washes which for shedding purposes right now is great for durability and effectiveness, and my scalp isn’t dry immediately upon getting out of the shower, which is slowly healing. Some have complained about the price, however it doesn’t take much thanks to Living Proofs blend of natural ingredients and I can run the conditioner through my hair with ease and less shedding and other more expensive brands than this have not allowed me to do this. Overall my shedding is much, much less and continues to improve, the scent is all natural light and very clean. I will be taking this to my salon appointments so that I don’t cause any relapse. Thank you Amazon for 1-2 day delivery, great packaging, and pricing and Living Proof for saving my hair and bringing it back to life!! This is my new go to conditioner/shampoo.
