The product is full strength organic aloe vera with wonderful herbs and EOs. It is designed to only need about 1 teaspoon per use. If a teaspoon is 0.1667 oz, then 8 oz will provide ~48 uses.

has anyone complained of this mouthwash staining their teeth

Serious issues-horrid receding gums-soreness-very red- Does this really help for most?

Has helped me a lot. Seems to have stopped all progression of symptoms, my gums feel tighter, less redness, no pain.  Using this and the powder toothpaste both.  Every time I brush I feel like I just had my teeth cleaned. There's no placque on my teeth anymore.  I use the mouthwash after brushing, esp. just before bed...I spit it out but do not rinse and go to sleep that way.  I also use ALA supplement.  My mouth is in much better shape than 6 months ago.
