These Salonpas Lidocaine 4% Pain Relieving Gel-Patches work great! They are non-greasy, unscented, easy to apply, and have excellent adhesion. I love that they stay in place and provide long-lasting relief without irritating my skin. The size is also perfect for targeting sore areas. I highly recommend them!

Tried for the 1st time recently, primarily for lower back, this lidocaine infused patch is very effective. Had some residual pain from a low level fall, so tried it on my left hip area, really helped. No scent or irritation to skin noted, the patch is tricky to apply, but is comfortable and easily adjusted.

Recvd quickly & pkg well. A++++ seller. I use these until knee replacement later in the summer. Does help a bit. These smaller boxes of 6 patches have the original patches. I got a 15 patch box from another seller...same box, same application instructions on box, but upon opening a pouch, there's no way to pull the backing apart to expose the adhesive...& they don't stick as well, or stretch like the original. Not sure if this is new or another company using Salonpas boxes, putting in a different product.

Product helped relieve fractured rib pain. The patch was easy to apply and worked consistently. The product was non greasy and patch was easy to remove.

I recently used one of these Salonpas patches on my lower back while attending a day-long event that involved a lot of walking, and then a couple hours of sitting on a hard, backless bleacher. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. My back did not bother me at all, that day, that evening, and even the next day. I will be ordering more!

These patches have really helped with my pain management. I was recently told my elbow inflammation was due to tennis elbow, and the pain was enough to prevent me from sleeping. Unfortunately, I cannot take oral ibuprofen so pain management is limited. However, these have been a life-saver. The trickiest part has been getting the sticker off for application. Despite the odd location of my pain, the sticker is big enough to cover all the area I need and truly sticks to my skin until I need to switch pads. I highly recommend to anyone experiencing similar pain.

First, I’ve never put these up to my nose, but would say they don’t have any scent. I don’t like to smell like some traditional pain creams when out in public. These patches offer amazing pain relief from my back and shoulder issues. I especially like to wear them overnight and wake up to little or no pain. Shoulder requires a little taping for patch to stay where I want it. I’ve never had to tape the one at waist level on my back, as long as I have clothing over it. I have bone spurs and arthritis in my shoulder. I have degenerative disc disease in my back. I am missing a disc between 2 vertebrae in my lumbar spine. These patches help both painful areas tremendously! I actually like them as well as, if not better than, the 5% lidocaine prescription patches I used to pay much more for. What I have learned... It is helpful to wear somewhat snug clothes over the patch to help to keep it in place. They are pretty easy to apply with a little practice. Starting with clean skin free if any lotions, etc. is key, After giving a little tug on each end to reveal the two liners, peel back only a little of the liner for the first half. Put that part on the affected area and carefully peel back the rest of that half applying it to your skin. Do the same with the second half. If you first take the liners off completely, you’re likely to end up with a useless ball. These adhere the best of any brand I have tried, but it’s still best to touch the adhesive as little as possible. I have even put these back on the liner and reused them a second time. It may not be quite as effective the first use, but still does give some relief for me! One last tip...like many products on Amazon, prices vary from time to time. This particular configuration has been the best deal for me the last two times I purchased. I divide the price by the number of pieces to get a per each price. I always have a supply of these on hand. I consider them somewhat of a luxury on my fixed income. However, there are days when they are completely necessary to function and enjoy the day. So happy to have found an effective, reliable, affordable product. I try l to be thorough and fair when writing a review. I didn’t receive anything in exchange for my review. There is a line down the middle of the pad where there is no gel. That’s dumb. Also, it doesn’t seem to do as well as I hoped. Sometimes it feels like it isn’t doing anything for the pain.
