TOO SMALL TO BE EFFECTIVE; DID NOT CLEANSE THE AIR IN A SMALL ROOM. TRIED IT FOR WEEKS IN STRUDY AND FOUND NO CHANGE IN AIR QUALITY. BROUGHT IN A LARGER, TRUE HEPA FILTER MACHINE AND NOTICED IMMEDIATE RELIEF AFTER ONE DAY. IF YOU SUFFER FROM ALLERGIES LIKE ME, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A DECENT TOWER HEPA PURIFIER.

READ to reset flashing lights.
All lights flashing like everyone else here.. unplug for 15 minutes then turn on, hold the HEPA button for 5 seconds to reset the filter timer.

I haven’t had this for 3 months yet. And it started blinking and beeping every so often, all night, and wakes me up. Buttons don’t work. Disappointed for sure so giving it one star because it worked at first. Revising my initial review. The seller responded and gave me instructions to possibly make it work properly and it did!

Freshdew Air purifier
I love this product om going to buy another one its so quiet!! But just because its quiet doesnt mean performance means its weak!!

Piece of crap purifier
Already broken after 4 months. Comes on and all the lights on the top blink and then it makes a loud beep sounds and shuts off. None of the buttons on the top work to change the speed or anything. Do not waste your money on this. I even ordered extra filters to have for future and they sent some that are twice the size of the unit itself. Not happy.
