Sodium content is 55mg. This is probably an acquired taste. Has a sweet like flavor with a low heat. Texture is thick and has a light red/brown color to it. Quality seems to be fine, nothing that looks or tastes old. Versatility, can be used with food like bread, chips and any other dipping like food. Decent value if you are into this flavor dip but have to eat it fast.
