seems sturdy but ...
These seem to be well made and robust. I use them mainly for nippers and forceps attached to my vest. Problem is one of the zingers broke on its first fishing trip. I noticed all I had still attached was the zinger body. The retractor cable and my forceps were gone ... dang I really liked those forceps.To be fair I was walking through some bushy trails and the forceps may have caught and pulled off .... I can't say for sure.

Good Product on Fishing Vest
This product works very nicely on your fishing vest. I like to have my line clippers our so that they are very easily at my disposal, and this product makes it so. The product is well made, and the clippers pull out easily and retract when I am done using them. I float fish for salmon with jigs and I have a second one for my jig head cleaner. I am totally satisfied with the product. It is easy to put items on and off the tether.

Very happy with these bought some cheap ones at Walmart that were junk. These are super smooth and work fantastic to hold my fishing gear

At first glance they are excellent and then I opened it.
So half of them work great. One of them did not work at all and two more started to act all goofy like a day later. I still haven't even hit the stream with them yet, I was just putting them on my fly vest.
