The taste and freshness of popcorn
This popcorn was too delicious. I couldn’t stop eating it. It was fresh and light tasting, it tasted like buttered popcorn but it was not greasy. I did not share!!!

I sent this as a gift to my brother, He said it was the best he had ever had. I would buy it again. He also said the Chicago container was beautiful. The price is similar to Garrets in Chicago, but slightly cheaper.

Bad popcorn batch, but we love it and would like replacement.
We ordered this popcorn because we love it. Upon getting it on Saturday, we opened immediately. We did notice small damage to the packing box. When we took the tub out of the box, it had a dent but no visible cut. We discovered it was very stale. We are requesting either replacement or refund. Very expensive at 37.00 for a gallonand. Please help us. I am packaging the popcorn back up in case you want the product returned. Pictures attached. UPDATE: After contacting seller, popcorn was replaced quickly. The new batch is absolutely delicious! Great customer service!

WOW, EXPENSIVE!
I thought the item description said 1 gallon of popcorn. I'm not sure that is accurate, The popcorn tastes good but there was less than i thought it would be. It was also suggested that it was my old favorite Gattett's Popcorn. A customer questionnaire also said that was false. the price i thought I'd be paying was $20, it turned out to be almost $40 WOW!

Terrible product, wonderful customer service!
Horrible product! Disappointed that I gave this product to a best friend has a special occasion gift! Product was stale and in edible! The one bright spot in this entire situation was customer service. They contacted me immediately and try to arrange a re-shipment of the same product. I decline based on my experience. The company immediately refunded the entire cost of the product. Wonderful customer service.!

Good Chicago style popcorn
I was actually scared to buy this because of the reviews Of the packaging. But I was pleasantly surprised the packaging was plastic wrapped for freshness and the popcorn was really good. A nice reminder of my days in the Chi.
