High Quality and Well Made, Nice Design, Effective, Portable, Long Running, Reasonable Price
I am really impressed by this BUZBUG LED Indoor/Outdoor Bug Zapper Lamp. It is well made and designed and quality built. It works great for its purpose and definitely zaps those bugs. It is almost totally silent when running, with just a slight hum, but WOW, when it zaps a bug...POP...that's a dead bug! It has a slight purple glow to the light which is pleasant on the eyes and isn't harsh at all. The battery life seems remarkably long, even after killing numerous insects. I have been using it out on the railing of my uncovered deck near my favorite lounging chair and it keeps the flying insects from coming up behind my head where I can't see them, so it gives me some peace of mind that its "got my six". It charges fairly quickly and is easy to clean out any dead bugs with the slide out bottom tray. I like that it even came with some small tools to help when cleaning off the zapping mechanism. I can highly recommend this BUZBUG LED Indoor/Outdoor Bug Zapper Lamp. It is really handy to be able to take it anywhere I want some protection from flying insects, especially when there are no external power sources available to plug it into. It's price point is reasonable, especially for its quality, and it is a good investment. It would also make a great companion in a camping tent. I happily give it a Full 5 Stars!

Small, easy to move where I need it - zappppp!
Buzbug Portable LED Bug Zapper, Rechargeable 5200mAh Battery -MA015C, Pink (ASIN : B0DTK66KT9) This small bug zapper is rechargeable, and can be using indoors or outdoors. It doesn't come with a wall charger, so I had to find one within specs to be able to charge this. It charged quickly, and has an easy on/off button. The bugs are just not cooperating! I sit out on the porch in early evening, and no bugs come near me, or enter the trap of doom. I guess if it keeps them away, that's a win, too. The standby charge seems to be long, but without an indicator to tell me how much charge is left, I usually just plug it in an hour or so before going outside, to top it off. I finally got some zaps so I could confirm it works, so I'm guess I'm ready to enjoy the Minnesota evenings outside. Bring on summer, and the skeeters!

It is a light bug zapper.
The device operates silently when in standby mode but makes a zapping sound (50-60 db) when it catches a bug. While a thin cleaning brush is included, it cannot be stored inside the zapper, which is a bit inconvenient. It'd be a simple mold design fix. The standby mode is advertised to last between 7 and 8 hours. I believe an upgrade to a higher capacity battery, such as 10000mAh, would allow for at least 10 hours of use for overnight sessions, especially since it weighs only 4.5 lbs. and has a 5200mAh battery. The tray that collects the dead bugs is easy to remove and wash. The instruction manual is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch, and it includes color illustrations; however, the Q&A section and cleaning instructions are only provided in English. Fortunately, the English instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. They offer a 1-year warranty and 24/7 customer support, although I haven't had to reach out to them yet.

A retro designed bug zapper, attracts and destroys unwanted pests. ๐ฆ
This has to be one of the coolest looking bug zappers I've seen , it has a cool retro appearance with a nice unique colour, it looks like a retro radio in design with a handy carry strap that makes it easy to carry and move into position. I like that it's rechargeable and portable, lightweight, easy to charge and maintain, it attracts outdoor pests such as mosquitos, gnats , midges, flies , it does occasionally zap non pest species such as bees if not careful, it also attracts moths due to the light and daddy long legs. The zap is a quick crackle and the bug is instantly destroyed, a handy zapper for outdoor gatherings , sitting out of an evening to rid flying pests. A cool looking bug zapper , I can see why it's won a design award, it's good quality.

Brilliant Bug Blaster!
I love this bug zapper! The design is very retro and reminds me of an old fashioned radio. It looks very smart in my kitchen and also outside when we used it for a bbq. It is very easy to recharge via USB and the charge lasts well. It is extremely satisfying when it buzzes and you know itโs done its job well! I would definitely recommend this.

Portable, rechargeable and effective
I have had this fly zapper from Buzbug for over a year and it is still going strong. It is definitely one of my favorite finds on Amazon and has proven effective wherever and however I use it. It is rechargeable using the supplied USBC charge cable and take 3 to 4 hours to fully charge from flat using an appropriate charge port (not included). A full charge will last around 7 hours depending on how many mozzies are attracted by the dual frequency lights and decide to fry themselves. The rechargeable nature is what makes this particular fly zapper so adaptable, it can be used anywhere without needing to be plugged in. We have used it for beach BBQ, eating on the patio as well as when camping. It is light enough we have even taken it abroad with us, it does take up some bag space but is not so heavy as to use a lot of luggage allowance. It is quiet when working no buzzing or anything until it catches a mozzie, a quick crack and maybe a buzz for a bigger one and it goes back to silently waiting for the next. Overall I highly rcommend this fly zapper if you are going somewhere that may have mozzzies or gnats.

Retro Styling with a Satisfying Crackle
I was excited to try this Buzbug LED fly zapper, and the first thing that struck me was its appearance. Rather than looking like a typical bug killer, it resembles a retro portable radio, complete with a handy carry strap and a rather eye-catching pink finish. It looks perfectly at home on a kitchen worktop or garden table. In use, it has been effective at reducing the number of flies and other flying pests hanging around during warm evenings. The occasional sharp crackle lets you know it's doing its job, which is oddly satisfying without being overly noisy. I found it worked best once the light levels dropped, which makes sense given the dual-wavelength LED attraction system. During daylight hours, it was noticeably less effective. The rechargeable 5200mAh battery is a real advantage. I like being able to move it between rooms or take it outside without hunting for a socket. Battery life has been good, and USB-C charging keeps things straightforward. Build quality feels decent, it's lightweight enough to carry around easily, and it never became noticeably warm during use. Cleaning takes a little patience due to the protective grille, but it's not a major chore. One thing worth noting is that, like many light-based insect traps, it can attract and occasionally zap insects you might prefer to leave alone, such as moths and pollinators if used in the wrong location. Positioning it away from areas where beneficial insects gather is a sensible approach. **Recommended rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars** A stylish, portable and effective bug zapper that works particularly well in darker conditions and is ideal for kitchens, patios, camping trips and summer evenings outdoors. I hope you found my review informative and helpful.

Rechargeable Bug Zapper
This oneโs got pride of place in the kitchen as we more often than not have the window open just a crack and given this is a very rural area, thereโs plenty undesirables flying around. A โCโ type recharging cable comes with the bug zapper and although I have mine permanently plugged in, itโs good to know, that with decent battery life, that I can use it around the home at short notice and not have to worry about finding an appropriate mains socket. This is a cracking lightweight and attractive means by which to keep your home fly and bug free and with its old style transistor radio look, it comes across as rather charming.
