Great appearance but.....
After less than 2 years the power supply failed meaning that both the heater and fire display would not work. Disappointing on such an expensive item.

Make sure your wall is flat
Absolutely love our new fire. Looks fantastic. So nice to be able to choose which finish you want pebbles/crystals. Very easy to install. Completely lives upto my expectation. Had no problems, arrived on time as advised. The fire was very well packed. . Following the placement of the order, on the same day we received a very helpful and comprehensive email from the company explaining what to do if there was a problem (thankfully wasn't needed 🙂). It was very reassuring. Would totally recommend.

Clean finger prints properly before install.
Easy to install, looks fab, works so well but the mount has a chip on it. should have been checked when sending out.

Electric fire
This fire is fantastic,it had it for over a year a think,you change the colour it has about 5 different colours,it get very hot in my living room,it’s the best fire I’ve had,thank you so much

Very noisy!
Looks really lovely but......... it doesn’t quite go back against the wall at the top so there’s a half inch gap. It also makes a grinding noise after a few minutes so is quite unusable as it drowns out the tv. It was such a pain getting it fitted where I wanted it so I decided not to return it. I did report the noise to the seller but their reply was quite unsympathetic. For such an expensive item I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Faulty had two sent out both faulty after about a month
Wouldn’t even give it a one star had nothing but problems this is the second fire and has only been used as a display as nothing worked heater broken straight away for the second appliance sent out then the lights stopped working, this was a lightless heartless display unit that has never worked properly constant problems and would be good if they would reimburse some of the payment for selling a faulty good that has been a problem this is the second one they have sent and still had nothing but problems since day one
