Seems to be working. I've been taking this along with a few other products at the same time and my overall energy, alertness and mood has been good. I seem to be healing quicker on a few major things like fractured ribs and leg injury. Not sure if it's this product or not but my overall experience has been good. Quality seem good and it was cheaper than some other like supplements I've taken.

I am 63 I have been taking this supplement for more than 5 years, I had to take a break due to the company that was providing it changed and no longer carried or carried it under a different name. I could certainly tell a difference in how I felt and lack of energy . But was glad when I found it under a different vendor, I am not sure if the combinations have changed but it is continuing to improve my health and it seems to be fairly vegetarian friendly. Some of the other combinations (15 factor)have bovine something in them and that is a definite no.

The capsule is easy to swallow. Been taking this supplement for several years to fight aging. I am in better shape than most people my age, so perhaps this is helping.

This product is a product that is worth purchasing. I feel that it does what is promises to do. I use it as a supplement to my other prescribed and over the counter medicines. It provides the daily requirement of most vitamins.

This is a really great supplement. I notice when I haven't been taking it and feel a lot better with more energy when I take it consistently. The price is good and I like that the vitamins are sourced from natural foods. The fact that I only have to take one pill a day, also is a plus. I'm grateful to have found this product.

Taken once a day and I believe it helps me feel younger than I am. I have taken it for a couple of years now and I will continue to.
