I am very pleased with this sauna. It was easy to set up, it only took about fifteen minutes to get everything running. The instructions were simple to understand. I put hot water into the canister and it was full of steam within minutes. It works as described except the red light isn't really impressive. Perhaps because it was so much steam but I can use it separately as well. The tent it’s very durable, I’ve moved it several times yet it remains stable. It is large and i fit comfortably sitting or standing. Definitely a great value to have in the home and it looks nice to.

Easy to put to together, BUT I feel I needed another hand to hold the tube while pushing it 9n. ALSO Im glad I had a step stole. Im 5'4 so needed a step stole to pull the red light plug through the hole on the top, phew! Im very impressed, for the price is not bad. Oh the chair is like a little kid chair and I understand why. It's just enough for 1 person. Im size 16, 235lbs and I was very impressed. It sure felt like a peraonal but small sauna. I will see how it works 6 mos from now. I would recommend!

Easy to put together. Had one good session. The second time I used it, steam was blowing through the cover/ stitching. Tried gorilla taping but too many holes in seams. You get what you pay for.

I’m adding an additional review after having this for 1 month. The chair has started to rip out. I weigh about 145# and my husband weighs 175#. This chair should accomodate both of us per the specs. Skeptical if this would actually be hot enough. It gets hot enough given it’s a portable sauna. Easy set up and takedown. Roomy enough for one person. Great purchase!!

This unit would be great for a home steam cabinet. But it is not an infrared sauna, and it definitely is not red light therapy. There is a tiny plastic light that goes in the ceiling of it with several red light specs in it. I can't imagine how it would be effective at all in the steam, or even without steam. That little red light would not light the whole thing up like they show in the picture. If I had wanted a steam sauna, I would have kept it, and it is cheaper than some of the steam units out there. I wanted red light, so, I was a bit disappointed in what showed up, sent it back, and bought a red light mat instead.

For the most part assembly is easy, but the instructions are really lacking. Two of the poles come out easily even with the slightest movement. The remote feels very cheap and the temperature only goes up to 149°F on the remote. The inside temperature gets warm but not hot. It honestly feels no more than maybe 80°. You will produce some sweat, but not much. The foot pad actually gets extremely hot. I had to turn it down from 6 to 4. And I had socks on! I’m fine 5’5 and 1/2 and I feel the chair is too short for me. I feel like it’s a struggle to keep my neck elongated through the neck hole. Also, there’s no indicator when your time is up so you have to keep looking at the remote to see how much time you have left or if it turned off. I like the color and the fact that it comes with a little rug, but that’s it. I like the other one I used to have so much better.

Package arrived prior to the indicated date. However the plug is for USA and is not good for Europe. So I cannot try it yet. Malta's electricity power is 230V and the sauna is 110V. I now have to buy a step down ttansformer which will cost as much as the sauna purchased. It should have been highlighted when I was to purchase this item!

I this a week ago and I love it!!! I didn't know these existed and stumbled upon this on Amazon and purchased it. I could not be happier, this is very inexpensive and does an excellent job. I turn it on and let it steam up for 15 minutes and then sit in it for 15 to 20 minutes. It doesn't get as steamy as you may expect like at the gym but this thing is awesome and I have used it 4 times already. The device that makes the steam has a 5 year warranty too which is great. Don't hesitate to buy this, I wish I had sooner.
