UPDATE 8/18/26: After a chat with Amazon I was given a return (for 'wrong item sent') and the updated product was sent to me. It arrived and DOES have the USB-C connector and compatible cable. So that took care of my complaint about the product listing and getting the older version. Product Review (on the USB-C model): I am moving the rating to 4 stars. Only reason for the 1 star missing is that this is pricey compared to some options and the water container is small. That water container size is as advertised and some folks say it can do a full clean (under 60 seconds?!) but I think you'll need to refill a time or two (or three). That is what you get with a compact device so that is fine if you are ok with it. I am ok with it cuz this device works well and has a lot of nice features. The buttons and settings work well. I just pop off the container to fill rather than try to use the small inlet port. I have used at the sink and in the shower. Battery life has not been an issue after a week. I am new to water flossing so I have a lot of 'learning' to do to get this right but that will come with some practice. I was able to clear out some food that was in a deep pocket that would not come out with pick or floss so thank goodness for this device. I am using the gentler settings for now and trying the different picks. Mostly the brush pic to start as I learn to 'feel' where the water is going. This device does pack down well but of course you do need to dry it out between uses so have a spot to lay it out for that; a dry washcloth is a nice place to set it down to dry. I used the supplied cable to connect my laptop port (I didn't remember it has a USB-A port until I looked carefully!) to the USB-C on the product. It blinked and charged over the course of 30+ minutes. A full charge would take longer but the product was mostly charged right out of the box and ready to use. OVERALL this is a well featured, well build product. I believe it will improve my gum health and that is what I got it for. ORIGINAL: The one I received is not the latest model. This one has a proprietary 2-pin charging port and NOT the USB-C that I was told (by Alexa) in reply to my question. That is not a critical feature but if that is available then that is what I want. Amazon helped me start the return and has sent me the correct model supposedly but I'll verify that first thing when it arrives. From what I read and found playing with the product otherwise, there are a LOT OF GREAT FEATURES and well thought out design and controls. I hope the replacement is the one I want. I'll update after it comes in.

I bought this mostly for traveling and it’s been great so far. It’s small enough to throw in my toiletry bag, and the collapsible design saves a lot of space. I also like that I can rotate the nozzle when cleaning the back teeth—it makes those hard-to-reach spots much easier. I used it for several days on a trip without charging it once. The water tank is small, but that’s actually fine for me because I’d rather refill it than carry a bigger, bulky flosser. So Easy to Use Every Day! I definitely recommend this product!!! It’s compact, cordless, and very easy to use, so I can use it at home or take it with me when I travel. I also really like the pulsing water stream—the pressure feels comfortable but still gives me that deep-clean feeling. Having both low and high pressure settings is nice too, since I can adjust it depending on how my teeth and gums feel.

I will TRY and keep this review short but basically I got braces and I needed something to make cleaning them easier so I found this. I saw it advertised 95-day battery life and 4 modes, also it was compact and easy to travel with. Since receiving this water flosser I have yet to charge it, I have been using it for a month and I haven't noticed a change in performance. The 4 modes came in handy because it got me used to the pressure of the water, it was better than the other water flosser I've used from the competition that only came with 2 modes and hurt my gums. Refilling and cleaning the water flosser was not an issue for me and is fairly easy, I found the amount of water it holds is not much different than the competition. The ONLY edge I will give to the competition is the cable used to charge the device, IT DOES NOT USE USB-C.. WHERE IS USB-C? It uses this weird "Dual DC Charging cable" that you can only get from them, so if you lose the cable you are out of luck and have to order another one from them. If the product does last 95-days on one full charge then I guess it doesn't hurt to use the cable if you are only doing it once every 3 months or so but I still find it annoying that in the year 2026 we still have products that need a specific cable to charge it, I'd rather have one cable that can do it all. I can charge my smartphone, headphones, laptop and the competitors water flosser with USB-C.. that's why I give the usmile C10 Portable Water Flosser 4 stars.

Works fantastically as described, better than expected. Perhaps don’t have to visit Dentist to floss my teeth again.

Excellent product specially for a sensitive gum

Jet dentaire compact, efficace, il est parfait ! J'ai les gensives sensbles, je l'utilise en mode "massage" et pas de soucis. La notice est très sommaire, mais rien de compliqué, très facile à utiliser, difficile de s'en passer une fois qu'on a pris l'habitude de s'en servir. Peut être un peu cher par rapport à d'autres modèles, il pourrait y avoir une housse de rangement livrée avec, mais je ne regrette pas mon achat. Je l'utilise depuis une semaine au moins 2 fois par jour et pour le moment la batterie tient ses promesses.

Genau das war für mich ein großer Pluspunkt, weil viele andere Geräte deutlich sperriger sind. Das Design wirkt modern und hochwertig, und das Gerät liegt auch gut in der Hand. Die Reinigungsleistung hat mich positiv überrascht. Trotz der kompakten Größe hat die Munddusche genug Druck, um Speisereste und Ablagerungen gründlich zu entfernen, besonders an Stellen, die man mit der normalen Zahnbürste oft nicht so gut erreicht. Gerade nach dem Essen oder abends nach dem Zähneputzen merkt man, dass der Mund sich deutlich sauberer anfühlt. Auch die Akkulaufzeit finde ich sehr stark. Man muss das Gerät nicht ständig aufladen, was im Alltag sehr angenehm ist. Das macht die Munddusche noch praktischer, vor allem wenn man sie regelmäßig benutzt oder mitnimmt. Die Bedienung ist ebenfalls einfach und verständlich, sodass man sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Was mir auch gefällt, ist, dass sie angenehm in der Anwendung ist und dabei trotzdem effektiv arbeitet. Je nach persönlicher Empfindlichkeit muss man sich am Anfang vielleicht kurz an den Wasserstrahl gewöhnen, aber danach funktioniert es wirklich gut. Für Leute, die ihre Zahnpflege ergänzen wollen, ist das definitiv eine sinnvolle Anschaffung. Insgesamt finde ich, dass die usmile C10 eine gute Kombination aus Mobilität, Leistung und einfacher Handhabung bietet. Für den täglichen Gebrauch und besonders für unterwegs kann ich sie auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
