Are these women's boots or men's boots??? title says "women's" but the link & all other descriptions say "men's". wth.

When I ordered these in January 2019 the description on my invoice was "Ariat Men's Heritage Stockman Western Cowboy Boot, Black Deertan/Shiny Black, 10.5 M US". Hard to say whether things changed since then, but this style no longer appears on the Ariat website. However, if you search the web for 10009594 (this is printed inside my boot) you can find the men's 10.5 still available (and then select your appropriate size from there).

Does this boot come in size 9EE

It comes in 9E which is a Wide width and is currently available on Amazon.

Are these boots soft tip?

If you are asking if wether or not these boots contain a composite or steel toe, no they do not, they are a soft toe boot . the toe is solid and cannot be pushed in with your finger. Ive tried standing on my own toe of the boot and the do not compress that way either. These are very nice Boots. Very comfortable and I consider them to be the most comfortable boot Ive ever worn. The Stock is limited and they are getting harder to find.
