Good computer if you are familiar with Macโs
The MacBook Air is a beautiful laptop with an amazing display, lightning-fast performance, and incredible battery life. The build quality is exactly what youโd expect from Appleโsleek, lightweight, and premium. That said, I ended up returning it and going back to a PC. This wasnโt because there was anything wrong with the MacBook itself. I simply realized I was so used to Windows that I had a hard time adjusting to macOS. If youโve never owned a Mac before, there can definitely be a learning curve. For anyone considering this laptop, Iโd recommend doing a little research on macOS beforehand to make sure itโs a good fit for your needs and comfort level. Itโs a fantastic machine, just not the right match for someone who is deeply familiar with PCs and not ready to learn a new operating system.Overall, itโs an excellent laptop and I can absolutely see why so many people love it

MacBook good deal!
I needed to get a new MacBook- mine was 10yo. Itโs fast, high quality apple. Now I am compatible with new OS, did have a free older apps that donโt work and I am ok with that. Apple included apps that will work better!!!

Excellent performance and quality
Iโm extremely satisfied with this computer. The performance is fast and smooth, and it handles daily tasks and multitasking without any issues. The build quality is solid, and the design looks modern and professional.Setup was easy, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. Great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

Good size laptop
Love the overall size, easy to work on, great battery life, perfect for work and watching movies๐ค, charge cord as a good length to it, making the recharging a breeze.Pretty good value for money, although Apple has always been a bit expensive.

A light laptop - perfect
There are times on the road when the iPhone isn't enough and I can't take the desktop. So the laptop works perfectly and this Air is light enough that it's not a clunky bother. The battery holds up while I get all my work done on the road. It's faster and clearer than older models and that's all I need.

Expectations met and exceeded
I got this as a supplement to my Windows workhorse while Iโm in school (and having some issues with said Windows workhorse).I knew I wanted the Air instead of the Pro, but was debating the 15in vs 13in. Iโm glad I went with the larger screen. Itโs large enough to have multiple tabs/windows open, but still light and thin enough to travel easy. Iโm also already incredibly impressed by the battery life. Hopefully that continues to impress me.This thing weighs as much as my old MacBook Pro 14in, while also having a bigger screen, more RAM, and more storage. The MagSafe charging is also easier than the old USB C charging since you can quickly see the charging status. The current MacBook Air has enough RAM and a good enough processor to handle anything that 85-90% of the populace will throw at it. Iโm already using a PDF editor, Chrome, and other similar software that any modern laptop should be able to run. Iโm going to throw some more taxing software (Fusion 360, X32 Edit, maybe some others) at it later to see how it does. These are software I typically would run on the Windows workhorse, but I think this will handle them alright.Speakers sound really good too for such a small package that doesnโt actually have the speaker grills. Some things that might detract from the above: The trackpad felt weird the first day, but now weโre a few days in and itโs been worn in and feels fine. I do wish it had a few more ports, but it does keep it thin and light and I already have a good USB C hub. Price might be more than itโs really worth (compare to any Windows laptop with similar specs), but either way I do like the laptop a lot; and the form factor and battery probably make the cost over that similar Windows laptop worth it.If the cost could come down to those similar Windows laptops this is a five-star piece of tech.

I love this new laptop!
This is a wonderful machine - Apple Silicon is simply amazing.16GBRAM, 512GB SSD.I replaced a 2013 15" 4-core i7 rMBP (also 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) with this (Apple hardware lasts a long time), and it's night-and day from a performance and battery life standpoint. No fan, and there appears to be no need for one. Battery life 3-5X as long (!!!). It also shed about a quarter of the weight over the earlier machine. It features very few ports, but these days, what do I really need? Wireless handles most anything these days quite well, and USB-C/Thunderbolt adaptors easily provide for any specific needs like flash cards. The power adaptor may seem under-powered, but unless you're a serious road-warrior, you'll not need the extra charging rate supported - and you can easily buy a USB-C power adaptor to up your needs. MagSafe is simply wonderful - I exercised it the first day of ownership.A Zoom session on the old machine consumed ~55W (!!!). On this machine, it didn't even get noticeably warm during my first 1-hour Zoom session.Oh, and about half the cost of the earlier machine (36% if you account for inflation) - a very different economic model for Apple hardware. You don't need "Pro" levels of performance anymore.

Excellent Performance & Long Battery Life
This MacBook Air 15-inch is absolutely amazing. The performance is super fast, battery life easily lasts all day, and the large display is perfect for work, movies, and multitasking. Itโs very lightweight, silent, and doesnโt heat up at all. The build quality feels premium, and macOS runs smoothly without any lag. Perfect for students, professionals, and everyday use. Highly recommended!

Exactly What I Needed
I am taking Web and App Development and was required to get a mac for learning Swift. I have never been a fan of apple products but I have to say I absolutely love my macbook. It runs so smoothly, is reliable, easy to use and has no issues keeping up with my classes, coding and design needs. My only sort-of issue that really isn't much of an issue is when zooming in and out on Photoshop there's sometimes a white border that isn't actually there when you zoom in to double check, making me think I messed up when I actually didn't. Teacher said it is because of the macbook's graphics card. Other than that I am very happy that I chose this macbook air and look forward to my coding & design future with it! It arrived quickly and very well packaged.

No regrets on this purchase
I had a 12 year old mac, this was such an upgrade. The sound out of the macs speakers is an incredible improvement over my old model. Glad I bought it.
