best brand of ramen
What can I say about these noodles? They are honestly some of the best out there, and my son absolutely loves them. The flavor is rich and satisfying, and the texture holds up perfectly once cookedโnever too mushy or bland like some other brands. He eats them all the time, so having a bulk option like this has been such a great find. The price for the amount you get is excellent, especially compared to buying smaller packs individually, and it saves me from having to constantly reorder. The packaging is also sturdy and convenient, which makes it easy to store at home and simple for me to send or bring up to him whenever he needs more. These noodles have definitely become a staple in our household, and I will continue to buy them regularly. If youโre looking for quality, taste, and value, you canโt go wrong with these!

Flavorful and convenient
I love the oriental flavoring. It has umami, salt and spices that are flavorful but not hot. It is one of the few that are vegan. I can never find them in our local stores so I was so grateful to be able to find them by the case here. These allow me flexibility to add my own additions or even just to use the noodles for my own oriental recipes.

Best Ramen for vegetarians.
Difficult to find the only oriental seasoning. Fir Ramen lovers, I find this the best deal.

This is the flavor you remember.
This brings back memories! For those older folks, this flavor used to be called "Oriental" but it is exactly the same as you remember. Ramen is such a comfort food and this flavor is my favorite. Obviously easy to make, just need a microwave or boiling water. Cooks fast. Smells great, just like you remember. No more saltier than any other ramen flavor. I like to add red pepper flakes, and diced onions to round it out. Don't hesitate!

Vegan & Less Salt
It's not healthy ... but it IS vegan and it has less salt that the regular flavors. Great for those of us that consider ramen a comfort food & have a hard time with food and/or cooking in the morning. I fill my microwave bowl with water (a little over 2 cups), break apart the ramen, and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. Stir well to spread the noodles and it's perfect! NOTE: The package is considered to be TWO (2) servings! Ya, right. So that means if you eat the whole thing it's: 380 calories (120 from fat) 14g fat (6 of that is saturated fat) *1360 mg of SALT !!!!!!!!!!!!! 54g carbs 10g protein ABOUT THE SALT: I would like to see them keep working on making these ramens with even less salt. Salt is a major issue for most people, even if you don't realize it yet. Example: my husband is 73 years old and has stage 4 kidney disease, diabetes, and had serious edema (swelling) in his legs. Doctors kept giving him more and more pills to combat the issue, assuming it was his kidneys not doing their job. Recently he got very ill and is unable to make his own meals (I'm a vegan, he's a meat eater so I didn't cook for him). After only a few days of cooking for him (his regular meat infused meals) his edema is COMPLETELY GONE! It wasn't his kidneys, it was his use of salt! I was able to stop all those added medications. What should my daily sodium intake be? The American Heart Association recommends no more than 2,300 milligrams (mg) a day and moving toward an ideal limit of no more than 1,500 mg per day for most adults. If anyone knows of something similar (?) that is healthier I would appreciate the info. I have a very hard time eating breakfast in the morning; I can't eat anything sweet, no peanut butter (one of my favorite things), has to be very easy and fast (I'm not a morning person) etc. This ramen is so perfect, but the salt really does scare me.
