Great Razor - Greater Customer Service
The razor is great. Bar none. For the price, I haven't found better. I'd paid $50 TWICE for a brand name competitor and they both failed me... This razor has great battery life and gets the job done. Will absolutely buy again. But even BETTER than a good product is a product backed by confident and competent customer service. I had an issue and reached out to support where Jaina was able to solve my issue in a way that left me completely satisfied. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and I'm happily keeping my beard trim and looking sharp. Shoutout Jaina and the Jack&Rose team for not just providing a great product at a reasonable price, but by putting customers first with excellent service, great communication and actual results. Great Product For A Good Price
The only complaint I could possibly have is that the comb in this package has two sides. One is big and fine the other is small or closer together and it's closed off so you can't even use it. Very odd design choice. Other than that the product is fantastic. It works great. It holds a charge for a long time. It looks nice and has a good weight to it. No regrets with this purchase.

Great Customer Support
I purchased this set in December 2025 and had a great experience with it. The clippers feel solid, cut well, hold a charge, and come with a useful selection of guards and accessories. After about eight months of use, the larger clipper developed a problem where it would turn on briefly, shut itself off, and sometimes rapidly cycle on and off despite showing a full battery. I contacted the seller through Amazon and explained the issue. Their customer service responded quickly and sent me a replacement clipper without making the process difficult. The replacement arrived fast and is working properly. Good customer service really makes a big difference, and they stood behind the product, you will not have to worry about post-purchase care when buying.
