It helps stay focused and sane
It honestly helped me stay sane! I was focused and it did exactly what it said! I’ve bought two already and they didn’t disappoint! They did taste a bit watered down but that’s fine it wasn’t bad regardless!

Tasted good, but saw no difference in my ability to focus. Also no difference with sleep. I wouldn’t say it’s of value for money. I think it’s hyped up with influencers. Much rather drink an electrolyte

I use it when I need some clarity. Don't use it everyday, it messes withmy sleep. The taste is not great, but chuggable

No difference
I really wanted this drink to work, but I felt no change whatsoever as if I was just drinking water. The flavor is not great but drinkable. No change in attention or energy. I feel like it’s way overpriced to not have any effect on me. Such a bummer.

It is sickeningly sweet and thick. It tastes like whiskey sour mix which I don't mind but you have to significantly water it down to make it palatable.
