Love this flour. I only use 1/4 cup to 2 cups of flour and it gives the bread a nice color

Excellent einkorn!
This einkorn flour makes excellent chocolate chip cookies! Easier to digest if you’re gluten sensitive. I’ve substituted it for regular flour with minor adjustments. I’m happy to have learned the benefits of einkorn flour.
