Very sweet,it’s good but I didn’t get a spoon like the picture

This sweetener is soooo good, I cannot tell that it isn't sugar, which is saying something. I had to cut sugar out of my diet and had tried all the artificial and natural sweeteners I knew of, they were poor substitutes taste-wise, had too many health concerns, and a lot of them had fillers that were as high glycemic as sugar itself. Didn't try monk fruit for a long time as I thought it would be another let down and thought it was like agave, just another actual sugar. I was so wrong! This monk fruit sweetener has a GI of zero! The small amount you have to use makes it very economical, one level scoop (tiny!) sweetens 16 oz coffee. It is heat stable, safe to cook with, but I have not used it that way yet but plan to.

The closest taste to real sugar! Because of some digestive problems, I can't have any of the other artificial sweeteners. And this is the only Monk Fruit sweetener that doesn't also contain erythitol. Comes with a measuring spoon for 1/8th teaspoon, so it goes 8X as far as cane sugars. Super quick delivery too. I like monk fruit! I decided to try the 100% pure because it doesn’t have extra chemicals in it. I use less of this kind which is cheaper than what I’ve bought in the store.

Tastes just like every other fake sugar. Yucky after taste like all others. And too expensive to act like it tastes good. Nope. Giving it away. I gave it 3 stars because the taste isn't the companies fault.

The taste was great, we did not notice bitterness. But we are accustomed to stevia as well. For those reporting bitterness, I think it’s just different people have different taste sensitivities. The jar looks very small when you get it, but we use this daily in coffee and both drink multiple cups in the morning. We ordered June 30 and by July 30, we have at least a week or so left in the jar, so it goes a long way.
