Damaged package and missing parts.
Item received with corner of package open. Content of package consisted of steering wheel, 6 screws, and installation scan instructions. No list of parts and package contents, or instructions if you had problems or who to contact if problems occurred. Package was missing the 4 buttons for steering wheel L2, L3, R2, and R3 switches. Tried to reach RaceAct to fix the problem. Still awaiting on a second reply to see what the next step will be.

Don’t buy unless you are aware of it possibly snapping off.
snapped right off of my wheel while i was playing Forza Horizon 5 while trying to make a u turn without full force feedback on.
