Cheap but accurate
Good piece of kit for the money.I was struggling to create a dowel jig accurate for my needs as I don't have a drill press. After some research I found this kit that is similar in concept to the ones that are sold in the specialised woodworking shops.For the price I thought it would not work but I was greatly surprised by the accuracy and how easy was to work with.Great for diy

Easy to use
Never used one before....but turned out really easy and great results.

Does the job, but poorly finished
Basic design works well but construction and finish is poor. Padding is needed under the screw adjusters as the nuts that hold the clamping cups in place protrude a little past the cups. Also, mine had a hardened paint blob on the fixed clamping surface which marred the surface of the wood being drilled. Easy to fix with a file, but annoying when not noticed at first! Overall it is good for the money as the better quality alternative (which is a very similar design) is over three times the price.

better than the other types of doweling jig
I've tried other dowel jigs, but this one is the best for DIY'ers, takes a few minutes to work out how to set up, but once you've got it it's a cinch, would work better if you had two of these, then you wouldn't have to keep moving the clamps.

Producto de baja calidad, las cotas no coinciden.
He comprado uno de warehouse, al ensamblar las maderas no quedan alineadas, faltaban parte de los accesorios, aunque en la descripción del artículo ponía que el embalaje estaba deteriorado. Con lo que se entiende que estaba completo. Toca devolver!!
