The internal dimensions of this lock box are 7.6 * 5.8 * 3.4cm, which can accommodate approximately five regular-sized keys. If the thickness of a key exceeds 3.4cm, then that lock box is not suitable for this key.

How can I change the new code I set up?

A. Open the key box, keep dials at the correct combination. (Factory default combination is 0-0-0-0) B. Push the RESET button from position A to position B. C.
