Truly excellent cotechino. Most authentic I have found in the US so far.

I but this product a few times throughout the winter and it is consistently good quality. This cotechino is the real thing, it taste as it is supposed to: salty, buttery, delicious over lentils.Traditional Italian comfort food.

Bought this for Italian New Year's dinner with lentils. This is the second year I've purchased it and it's wonderful.

I've eaten Cotechino multiple times in Italy and this product is just as good or better. It is now quite highly priced for the product over the internet. It has priced me out of the market. Good product but over priced.

My second experience. Love it. A bit too rich. Goes well with mashed potatoes

Just awful. So much so I couldn’t eat it after one bite and threw it away. It was fatty and greasy with no flavor. It was not at all like the cotechino I grew up enjoying in NY.
