I used to like Equal. I’ve always split half real sugar with half substitute. With all the hype about the poison we eat, I went on a search for a natural and even healthy substitute for sugar and for the chemical substitute. This is the closest I’ve come to an acceptable sweetener to mix with sugar. It’s quite good. I’ll probably be sticking with it. Also, it grows on you. I’m happy. It doesn’t ruin my tea or coffee. In fact it’s very natural tasting in tea.

This is the best tasting sugar substitute I have ever had. Not only is it very low on the glycemic index, but it can actually help glucose levels when consuming with carbs. The Value for money is its uncompromising taste and comparison to sugar when baking and making deserts. It’s a natural alternative that is derived from fruits like raisins and dates. The molecular structure is almost identical to regular sugar but does not spike blood glucose! Mixes quick and easily with beverages. The large quantity is very convenient.

My favorite sweetener. I use this as a cornerstone of all my baked goods to reduce the sugar content. What’s great about this as opposed to other sweeteners is that Usually you can replace up to 30% of the sugar in any baked good with this with very minimal difference in the final product as far as taste and texture. Sometimes I mix a little more and sometimes a little less, depending on the item, but 30% seems to be the sweet spot.

This bag was Powdered not granular. How did that happen? The bag is not labeled powdered. What product is inside the bag ? I have bought this for years and 1st bag like this - what is it ?

Always trying to stay away from Sugar, this product has been great.
