Does the planter have drainage holes?

The joins between the holes act as drainage holes, i stapled black liner to the inside, filled with soil and plants. This has been good for over two years, watering and rainwater just passes through.

Would they sit on a bracket ?

The trough sits perfectly on brackets. I am using my trough as a small herb garden and mounted it on two angle brackets under the kitchen window.

What’s the wood treated with? Is it safe for growing herb/vegetables

I have painted numerous troughs that I own and planted shrubs and flowers which have flourished . Hope this helps
