If you love hatch green chiles you will love this brand! It tastes way better than canned options at the store. Worth the extra cost to buy these over canned. Good amount. They are not super hot or spicy, do have a slight kick but for me who really loves super spicy food this tasted pretty mild. However the flavor was so delicious which would make me buy again! I used them in eggs, tacos, burritos, nachos, honestly anything it would be yum. Will be buying again!

This is a very mild chile. It has a good flavor and it was well priced. It can be used in a variety of dishes; however, if you are looking for a spicy chile, this is NOT it.
