I’ve been using the ByTrust digital weighing scale (as shown in the photo), and I’m quite satisfied with its performance so far. Here’s what I found: ✅ Accuracy: The scale gives precise readings down to the gram. In this case, it accurately measured my mango at 546 grams. Switching between units (grams, ounces, etc.) is simple, and the TARE function is handy for measuring contents without including the container’s weight. ✅ Build quality: The scale feels sturdy and durable. I ordered this product thinking it will be a great product because of brand . Although the one which i recieved is a defective product. When i recieved i found that buttons are working its getting on and off however its not showing weight of any product . The screen just shows 0. And moreover its not even look like new product as there are scratches on the product and the warranty logo on top of product is faded . I believe its a return product which seller send as when i place order for replacement it is showing out of stock and hence i am returning the product.

purchased the Dr Trust digital kitchen weighing machine hoping for a reliable tool for precise cooking and portion control, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. From day one, the scale has been overly sensitive, with the sensor reacting too rapidly to even the slightest touch or air movement. This makes it nearly impossible to get consistent readings – the weight fluctuates wildly if you breathe near it or place items gently. The sensitivity issue leads to frequent inaccuracies; sometimes it shows completely wrong measurements, and the sensor seems to degrade quickly, becoming even more erratic over time. I've tried calibrating it multiple times (as per the manual), placing it on a flat surface, and changing batteries, but nothing helps. It's so faulty that it's unusable for baking or meal prepping where precision matters.

AVOID Dr. Trust Weighing Scale at All Costs! "I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the Dr. Trust weighing scale. It worked fine for a measly week, and then the display started dimming and eventually stopped working altogether. I thought maybe it was just a battery issue, so I replaced them, but nope, it didn't make a difference. The real kicker was when I reached out to the company's customer support, and it took them a whopping 2 weeks to get back to me. They picked up the scale, promising to deliver a new one within 2 weeks. The scheduled delivery date was 18-08-25, but it's now 29th, and I'm still waiting. The worst part? The customer support has gone completely silent. No updates, no responses, nothing. It's like they've vanished into thin air. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is appalling. I've lost all faith in Dr. Trust and their products. The delays, the inconvenience, and the frustration could've been avoided if they had just delivered a quality product or responded promptly to my concerns. If you value your time and sanity, stay away from Dr. Trust weighing scales. The experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Not recommended. Period.
