Well balanced sharp carving and boning knives are a excellent value for the money
Both knives a very sharp. The carving knife cuts steak like butter. The boning knife is excellent for trimming up ribs,roasts or brisket before grilling. Caution should be taken with both knives as to hand placement anywhere close to the blade. I have no doubt either of these knives would cut through skin and cause a serious wound, so handle them with care. The overall quality of the blade is very good. The quality of the handle is average, and might be an issue in the future should the knife be dropped accidentally. That said, both knives are easy to use and feel balanced and comfortable in the hand.

Great set haven't used the carving knife yet but the boning knife of phenomenal i love the wood handle and I'm a fan of Damascus steel. Very esthetically pleasing and surely worth the price

Extremely Nice and Sharp as hell
WOW! what incredible knife! We have 8 Wusthof knives and we'll see how they last, BUT, on delivery they are incredibly sharp. Great Packing knife sleeves are extremely nice!

Made in China-Not Japan
I thought I was buying a knife made by Japanese knife makers. They are made in China. I felt like I was misled. That being said the knives are beautiful and I Ding them one star because nowhere did I see that it was made in China they talk about the Japanese on YouTube etcetera. If you're OK with it being made in China then you're good to go.
