Super lightweight and soft
This pillow has been wonderful for my lower back pain. I use it in bed as I am a back sleeper and also on the couch when watching tv. It is extremely light soft and comes with a beautiful velvet cover that can zip off and be washed. Painful after a whole night
I have been looking for a lumbar sleeping pillow for both home and travel and this one seemed to work well at first. That was until I used it for a full night. It has good support, however the 0.75-1.0 inch edges dig into my ribs. It is very uncomfortable after awhile. I brought it home from my trip, tried it once at home, and then put it away and have not used it since.

Terrible!
Um... Mine came already opened and looks like there's a bunch of skin flakes on it?!?! GROSS!It is obvious this product has already been used, and after wear and tear, it does not hold its shape. You are much better off using a folded blanket for back support. I'd give this .000001 star if I could.

This product had excaerbated my sciatic nerve
I hope this pillow works for you, I really do, but for me it's been disastrous. I regret this purchase so much. As mentioned, it exacerbated my sciatic nerve and lower back pain to where I'm sleeping sitting up. I am in so much pain and so frustrated.

HAS WORKED WONDERS FOR MY BACK, BEST MONEY I'VE SPENT ON AMAZON!
After about 3-4 days of using this pillow throughout the night my back pain has significantly decreased. After having multiple surgeries and not having any success in combating my back pain, im glad to say I've found something that works! So far so good :) I am far more mobile than I use to be and now I even fit a workout in to my schedule from time to time. All in all, the pillow has done wonders for my back pain and wellbeing!
