Product description Review: BadA$$ Pole Saw - Sturdy, light weight, cuts very well, cut an 8 inch branch at 15 feet in about a minute and 45 seconds. Also nice that it came with an extra blade. Thought it would be cheaply made and fall apart on the first attempt but overall strong fiber glass polls that are light weight and go together very well with a push button and screw in combo that joins the two poles together instead of just a regular click button connection. Highly recommend! Review: Great for higher up trimming. - But found it difficult to pull the poles apart. Used garage door lub on the bearing and it worked much better. Also the bottom hook faces up and needs to face down so I can pull branches that are caught after cutting and to pull dead palm husks from the tree.

Great for higher up trimming.
But found it difficult to pull the poles apart. Used garage door lub on the bearing and it worked much better. Also the bottom hook faces up and needs to face down so I can pull branches that are caught after cutting and to pull dead palm husks from the tree.

Very versatile, sharp, quality tool!
By using ladders, and getting up on the bed of my truck, and roof of my house, I was able to safely and effectively remove very large branches up to 40' off the ground. I did buy a second saw to get additional extensions, which come in handy. If you use it at full length or with extra extensions, it is important to carefully plan out where you want to stand, versus where you are directing the branch to fall, and also to not exhaust yourself-- go very slowly in whatever zone the saw is biting and just let gravity and the saw do the work. This just saved me thousands of dollars if I had hired a tree trimming company to do the work, and probably more safely. You can go so slow, and with such control that you can let the branch slowly break and swing away from structures, then slowly cut through the last bit until it safely falls.

Very sturdy and effective
As soon as I received the tree pruner and trimmed a very overgrown tree. 2 hrs of labor and the product made the job super easy. Totally recommend this fine saw for anyone who doesnโt want to use a ladder and spend on a chainsaw.

Good but could be better
What I like, it's easy to put together and easy to break down and store. What I don't like, the blade is pretty flimsy and when cutting, it sometimes gets stuck.

Itโs okay for the price
This is a nice tool to have when you need to trim some branches, it does have some fall backs. Easy to use, when all are connected you have some weight. Blades are thin but this is not for cutting down a big tree.

This pole saw meets all heights or low cuttings.
You reach most hightess branches.or remove as many extensions you need to cut lower branches. Sharp blade too
