Zandu and Kapiva products are better

I've been using Himalaya Shilajit Gold Capsules for a few weeks, and my experience has been quite positive. The capsules are easy to take and fit seamlessly into a daily wellness routine. What stood out to me is the blend of purified Shilajit along with other traditional Ayurvedic ingredients that are known to support stamina, strength, and overall vitality. With consistent use, I noticed better energy levels throughout the day and felt less fatigued during busy work schedules and workouts. The effects felt gradual and natural rather than overly stimulating, which I personally prefer. It also gave me a sense of improved endurance and overall well-being. Another aspect I appreciate is that it's from a trusted brand like Himalaya, known for its focus on quality and Ayurvedic formulations.
